What's been your favorite Sochi Fail so far?

There's been a great list to choose from:  The $50 billion budget, the hotels being unfinished, the athlete hotels only giving twin sized beds, vast amounts of stray dogs, the opening ceremony ring glitch.....the public double toilet?

My favorite so far is US Bobsledder J. Quinn being trapped in his hotel bathroom, so he smashed through the middle of it lol.  Just go to Twitter and type #SochiProblems , too many laughs

All of this should not be happening. It is ridiculous how they are not even ready to host them and they have already started. Also, have you heard about how Russia is now apparently spying on everyone and hacking their phones?

Things like the ring not opening can be funny, but the poor conditions the participants are living in are not funny at all. :(

Yes, I am American.  There is no doubt the Olympics have had some funny fails so far, but I wouldn't be surprised if they happened at every Olympics (including Atlanta not too long ago).  I wasn't by any means trying to rag on Russia in general, just the failure to be prepared for a $50+ billion Olympic event that had 7 years to be made.

I have a friend at the olympics at the moment. Some Russian guy told him that half ot the money supposed to be spent waas stolen through blown up construction prices and poor quality.

These problems seem like too much.This shouldn't have happened!

I don't believe in US/ EU propaganda. So far, Sochi 2014 has been way better than the last Olympics.

My favorite glitch has to be the ring not opening. Like seriously Russia I have nothing against u but come on it's the damn olympics

its a shame people take the attention off of the athletes and their performances by focusing on this nonsense

definitely the opening ceremony ring glitch as others aren't really relevant but this was in front of everyone and one of the most viewable and most important things :D

the ring was pretty bad I'll give you that.  I just hate listening to Bob Costas bring up gay rights or some other political nonsense before the coverage kicks off ever night.  Just STFU and put the games on.

Ballgames and mindless fluff I call it (panem et circenses a.k.a bread & games it was called 2000 years ago), nothing left of its original spirit but big money, auctioning of television rights and rerouting of contractor money into dark channels. Easy airtime for the mass media. Basically business as usual in the 21st century.

Not saying there weren't shortcomings in this olympic event but I'm pretty sure the US is blowing it out of proportion because... Russia
