Which will happen first? Bitcoin's price will fall to less than $5000, or it will rise and break $10,000?

Even the best technical analyst won't give you a guarantee on what's going to happen first.

No one can say which will come first.  :)

No one know on who will come first since we are in unpredictable industry but if this current dumping party will continue then maybe we will be drive off to $5,000 below but if people will realize that the pumping quarter are coming then maybe there's a bit miracle happen and another maybe it could drive the price to soar up to $10,000 or even more.

I'm not expecting any guarantees. I'm just wondering what people are thinking.

As sentiment is going to be what drives the market.

I hope the price of the bitcoin will first reach again 10,000 dollars and I don't want to down first 5000 dollars. Price of the bitcoin as of now is 6000 dollars and I hope it will increase the price again. Better to buy more bitcoin and you will gain more money. Hold also it because it is good to do right now.

My best guess is that the fall under $5k would happen before a rise over $10k.

I don't know what will happen before 5K or 10K dollars. But I know for sure that 10K+ dollars will happen for sure. Cryptocurrencies should be an additional income and then users will not depend on prices. For me there is no difference 6K or 5K or 4K. I will not sell at any price. I will wait for my chance to make more profit even if it takes several years.

both can happen but we dont know when will it happen maybe it will finally start growing slowly on july.

there are some people who can tell the future price, time travelers.

maybe bitcoin will start going to 10k if it reaches 5k that's just one of my speculation. people can give fixed salary, price is not the issue.

I see $4999 before $10,000, but the people expecting the usual massive drop after a round number like $5000 being broken on the downside may get liquidated fast and brutally. Bull pressure will be higher and shorts will get removed, that coincides with the $4900 resistance point which I believe will hold, then FOMO will kick in and we'll test $10,000 again. We can be at new all time highs by X-Christmas once again, this time in a much healthier pace than last time. Remember that I was less than a month to go from current prices to $20k.

Fall to less than $5000.

I think sub 5000 dollars price will happen this summer. On the other hand we should wait for 10000 dollars price for 12 or 18 months.

At first, I don't believe that btc will fall at $5k but now it seems the chance of being there is getting higher. So for me, $5k will happen first since we are more closer to it compared to $10k but of course it doesn't mean it will happen, I could be wrong. It's just going to $5k first has a higher chance now.

Based on the negative sentiment we're going through, it's probably safer to say that $4999 is more likely, especially with how close we technically are to the stated level.

On the other hand, we have gone down quite a lot already, even to such extent, that an increase is very much due, which made me comfortable enough to buy a bunch of coins around ~$5900 today. I don't expect something significant to happen, but at least an attempt to break $7000 would be nice. If you look at the charts, there hasn't ever been a time where the price goes down without occasional boosts.

Current decline almost reaches the two month mark without any increase.

The cryptocurrencies market is in bearish condition now: because almost all the international business and investments are in bearish now.  Bitcoin will get to $10,000 to me before a big dump to $4999. If we can buy bitcoin now : we are going to make big profits in future.

I don't believe that there are real time travelers unless if he shows some proof that he came from the future.

If there is one out there kindly tell on what will be the price of bitcoin for the upcoming years.  :)

$5,000 is at hand and there will be higher chance that it will go there if these bigger institutions and investors are waiting for this price before buying.

Indeed, i would love to see bitcoin at those prices, i would wait until it touches five thousand dollars so i can buy an entire bitcoin, that is a dream for me

No one can say what will be the next price if it's go high or go down more. We don't  other choice but to hold it. And wait and see what will be happen in a few months.

Choose what you think will happened then that's it.

Even with the current market trend, we can't just easily speculate that fallen to $5,000 might likely to happened because as any events in the past, there are sudden changes in the price trend that can happened overnight. Most people speculates what will happened to price based on the current price but most of them were failed for example: price today is $5,900 so obviously people will choose that it fall to below $5,000 rather than reaching $10,000 because of the range.

Don't know what's the reason behind your question but if you are planning something do it now without hesitation*. Sometimes waiting for too much target price wrecked people's strategy.

Looking at the recent trend of bitcoin , I believe it will test the waters of 4500 usd before it start it upward journey to 10,000 and over. Let keep watching the market for potential reversal soon.

I think the chances for both are almost equal, maybe in my opinion there is more chance that we see 10k $ then go bellow 5k $. So far we can see that there is strong resistance at 5800 $, and I think it will be hard to broke that. But there is just too much manipulation by whales these days, so everything is possible. Today price is reach 6400 $ and it looks nice, but it may be just one more bull trap which will end with dump at the end of the weekend.

If price is stay too long between 5800-6500 $, then it's very likely we will see new bottom.

Thats the least we can have now,atleast for the next months

Bitcoin will struggle for the growtj but will be denied,as what i am seeing,we will end this year with $9,000-11000 .or maybe lower at the end

I do not believe that a new bottom will be reached. $ 6,000 is very little. Are you ready to sell all your bitcoins for 6400 dollars now? Probably not. Then why do you think other people are stupider? Whales can manipulate prices and will try to lower prices but they will not succeed. Now bitcoin will only gain momentum.

Then you got the right guy here who value trust and confidence to what I believe in. Positive mindset always be the best option and $10000 or more is coming first.

Don’t be upset of what other members answers, they’re not giving you what you want to hear, but they wanted a higher bitcoin price like majority of us.

BTC is on the move for 10k first as prices have rise from 5800$ to 6350$. So we can expect that the bottom at present is around 6k. Falling below does not seems so as it has test couple of times this price zone in few months . So you expect the 10k to reach soon.
