Title: MT GOX. potential update tomorrow. Thoughts on this and how it effects bitcoin? Post by: bitcoinsrus on February 09, 2014, 10:54:37 AM Whether or not gox makes an announcement tomorrow (on withdrawls etc) this will probably (or not) affect btc.
what do you guys think that gox will say (if they do)? do you think this will have a negative or positive effect on btc? do you think the price will plummet or exponentially increase? The effect on the price seems obvious to me, it will shoot up like never before.

nothing will happen tomorrow. remember the no fiat withdrawal, it never ended, now the kind of technical jam if thats what it really is isn't going to be solved in one day. 1) Increased price by people dumping the fiat into BTC --> price goes up 2) Withdrawing the newly bought BTC --> should not affect price Title: Re: MT GOX. potential update tomorrow. Gox announcement will probably make no difference unless it is a total shutdown by authorities.
