 Level 5 Bitsler account or higher

 Min chance = 0.01% (9900x)
 Max chance = 90% (1.1x)

Payout requirements :
 A player will receive the minimum prize if he/she does not satisfy the bet and user requirements, or fails to reach the min payout.
 A player will receive the maximum prize if their winning amount is higher than the max payout.

Additional info :
 Winners can't receive less than the min prize.
 Winners can't receive more than the max prize.
 Playing with any currency that Bitsler supports is accepted, and prizes will be exchanged to said' currency if winner didn't wager in BTC

How will the winning IDbets be picked :
Evey 10 million bets after the 27th billion bet, an admin will reset his seeds and make a bet in the HR.
The first 7 digits of his seeds will determine the first winning bet.
For example, the first draw will happen after the bet 27 020 000 000 and 4 ID bets will be picked between the bets 27 010 000 000 and 27 019 999 999.
If the first 7 digits of the admin seed are 1234567, the first winning bet will be 27 011 234 567.
the 3 following bets will be the 3 others winners for this draw.
If one of the bet doesn't fit the requirements - the winner will be the next one, until we get 4 winners.

Prizes :
The 40 players who will make one of the picked bets will win 0.013 BTC.
Only 1 prize per player can be won (max winnable amount per player for the 2nd event is 0.013 btc)
