Title: can they still send merits? Post by: lebrone08 on June 30, 2018, 11:22:42 AM I saw some of account here appealing for their banned account. i just wonder, can they still send merits to everybody even though their account is already banned?

In addition, they can still receive merits while they are banned and their merit score/smerit score will increase in this time - they can't spend smerits while banned though as mday says. But he/she will not be able to send merit. His/her merit will remain unused.
