Locally? Globally? In most of the cases there are local crypto groups per county that helds seminars and events. Try to find it on e.g social media especially Facebook and see if one exist. I believed there is if you think your country have good numbers of crypto users. If globally, then I see it will be difficult for you for an obvious reason that it will requires travel and time. Check on the Bitcoin section, either project development where you will find people seeking team members to join them or under the meetup sections where you can see meetups and conferences to participate in.
