Title: Has the Crypto currency market stabilized?
Post by: ash_waz on July 09, 2018, 11:18:38 AM
Hello people,

Watched plenty of videos, read lots of articles on this and seems like most experts are in the opinion that the Crypto market has somewhat built stability in the current levels and has more upside potential as opposed to downside.

Is this true?

No one knows for sure. Prices have only been quite "stagnant" at prices from $6000-$9000 and the occasional $10k since February 2018 which is only more or less 5 months. Prices has been stagnant a lot longer in the past, so I won't really call the current prices stagnant for now. Time will tell.

Crypto market is always volatile and Bitcoin is the major role in fluctuation because Bitcoin supply and demand is raise in the market automatically others are follow the same way so once it will raise gradually everyone move to upward and crypto market is never stabilize so every day pump and dump is possible in market.

If you want my advice, do not trust or believe anyone. Even if you read an article made by an expert, you should not believe him. These experts can be at fault too. Just because they are experts, does not mean they are right. Even the doctor can give you a wrong medicine. As for your question, as stated above, nobody can be right or wrong. Follow your mind and come up with an opinion. I believe the market is not stabilized yet. Maybe it will take it years for it to stabilize.

Electronic market is never stable, in my opinion they always fluctuate but also because of such unstable nature has attracted many people into this market and they become rich thanks to them.

Actually, it's hard to say that. But we know that there is something happening because we can see BTC stay around 6K for a long time. I think if BTC doesn't go down more in this month then we can say the BTC taken a stability to go forward.

From the chart it said otherwise, seems like the btc got difficulty to breakthrough the resistance level and keep bouncing back, but from the history chart, the market should moved to the higher level and entering the bull market, the investors also already start to invest, so it's really difficult to see which way the btc will go, but all of us hope that it will enter the bull market soon because the bear market already happened for a long time

The crypto market is always volatile and unstable as we have heard when it comes to the digital market. We should know that crypto will be volatile so we will get a profit from their volatility.

I think it's not quite right. The Crypto market is only stable for a short time and we can not judge exactly. Let's wait longer, we will see how the market works in 2018. But I think the instability is characteristic of the Cryptocurrency market and it will not change.

Maybe it's true because the market now is stable and always showing green and since it started to increases gradually last few days it always jump back after the small fluctuation of price .which is in my opinion  probably soon there will be a good performance again of the market ,

It never happened in the crypto market,it always being an volatile market where you don't have any idea what will happen at the next moment.Everyone have their own opinion about the market now but actually no one knows exactly what will happen.I don't trust any predictions so I will stick with my prediction as a long term holder.

We can’t say for sure because every now and then, the price goes down. I wouldn’t say that it’s stable because the market has been green for the past few days. Even while the fluctuations have been small and less frequent, it’s possible for the price to plummet down or shoot up at almost any moment. What can be seen is that the price proves to be resilient at a range of $5-$7K and averages at about $6K.

It seems like some people are just following the positive trend that's been growing over the past two weeks thanks to the upward movement in the prices. As for the "stability" part, prices have certainly entered some sort of "stable" boring period as the downtrend seemed to have stop for the time being but, would it be enough to see a shift in market sentiment from bearish to bullish? I think it's too soon to tell.

Maybe it has . Because it has not moves out of its range froma long time now and neither it is showing ahuge dump so we can assume that it has stabilized for some time . There were times when people were wishing for it to get stabilized , but now when it is actually stabilized the people are just making speculations of bitcoin dying .The struggle is real.

Could be, but cryptocurrency market will not find the price stability because the price fluctuates very difficult to call the stability, do not see the market every day up and down and life fluctuates, then do not know for sure it is stability nobody knows for sure for most people, if now is the time to wake up and ride I like it very much, the positive news that can give people confidence do not hesitate to invest from now, but the market is so turbulent that there is little believe in what they say before watching it yourself more than now.

Who are these experts? I've never come across one who was proven right. The loudest ones are either clueless Youtube no marks, or old school finance talking heads with little to no experience compared to people who've been here for years. They're trying to apply conventional market thinking to a market that's still being born.

There has never been stability and there won't be for many years to come. There might be boredom but don't mistake that for anything dependable. People are looking for a reason to set the price running and it could be in either direction.

Ain't no one got a bleeding clue. Anyone who claims to have a clue should be roundly ignored.

I'm inclined to agree with what you've just said. Crypto is still very volatile though, at when compared to traditional financial markets, but is far less volatile than what we got used to during 2017. In my opinion, buying interest has decreased a lot, because retail investors already got in, and we still need to see institutional investors entering the market. So basically what we have now, is traders playing with the market, which means less volatile cycles.

As for the more upside potential compared to the downside potential, I would agree again. Simply because if you imagine bitcoin for example, becoming a global currency, and given the fact that it's supply is limited, it means that a single BTC would need to reach at least $500k or something like that, in order to have enough liquidity to act as a currency. Seeing where it is now, I would say the upside potential is definitely bigger than the downside, and that's why I still consider it a great investment.

The price of bitcoin is still going back and forth we can consider the price range for small oeriod of time as stable. But the volatility level will increase in the upcoming years because of the less availability of bitcoin so keep doing as you are doing and volatility is one of the reason the bitcoin is successful.

If stability means a change in numbers compared to last year's changes, I think that's true.
Prices now look calm compared to last year, and regulatory rules will make the market less volatile not Stable.
If Bitcoin turns into full stability "zero changes," it means that we have lost decentralization.

It is a lot more stable than it has been in the past. People complain about the prolonged bear market, but this is healthier than extreme movements. Also it encourages wider adoption as they all prefer something stable rather than something that can lose half it's value in just a few weeks

It looked like that for some people and you are one of the victim.
Stability means it will just stay in its price and that will be a sad event in the crypto world.

There are still a lot of undervalued tokens and they went to a bear market being dragged by bitcoin and ethereum. Now, can you say again that it is stable? I am still seeing a lot of reds. They need to go back up.

Yes, this is true, but just for the current times. I see the powerful support level of Bitcoin on the price $5900 and the strong resistance level on the price $9500. BTC is stabilized within this range. These levels were in autumn of 2017 before the price manipulators have come to the crypto exchange markets.

Sorry, I Can't believe that you read lots of articles and watched many videos about it. Because if you did that then you must found that Crypto market is not stable, it is too volatile. No one knows well about it. Crypto market can't be stable too, maybe it always will remain volatile. If you look at the crypto market I mean in the coinmarketcap then you will get your answer. In every day crypto coins price ups and down.

The fluctuations have been greater and we are going down including every altcoin that is on the market.

Look at your currency. That is stability. The value stays with just the way it is or if it will fluctuate it will just be cents. This is like hundreds to thousands of dollars. That is not stability.

I think this is just a bit of a correction since Bitcoin has grown from $ 1,000 to $ 20,000 and this is a huge number in 2017. For me Bitcoin has bottomed out and could not fall further as I am confident that in July more good news will come to this market and the whole market may enter the recovery phase but everyone should be careful because the market is very risky and no one can predict what will happen

we can take advantage of this opportunity to buy and hold them until its price is x2 times. It will happen soon because Q4 will be the growth momentum of the Cryptocurrency market.

I think if you catch up with the good news sooner or later you will be better off earning money because most whales or sharks are the ones who know the earliest, but when the market is down psychology selling turmoil will be a delicious bait for whales. Bitcoin's 5% uptrend shows sign of recovery and the price has manage to maintain it's value without fluctuating. But to prove this theory bitcoin needs to go all the way to $10000 so we can really say that bitcoin is really back in business. All the new investment in bitcoin from companies, countries and crypto exchanges opening in other countries is a good sign of coming bullish run.

So it the prices are becoming stable then that’s really great. This will help in the further growth of the crypto market. Coming to the predictions made by experts, I think these are assumptions. The REAL thing is no one is a crypto-expert. All people do is make opinion and do analysis on events  that already happened and make as basis of articles, news and other things. In short, everything is all made up. No  one and no articles can be true unless a true fortune teller can tell what can really happen. All we can do is hope for more development towards true legalization and have standards for exchanges legitimacy to avoid being scam and other illegal transactions.
Just an advice, just work and be a part of the people who wants this technology to be a success because I know that it is a good innovation.

Unfortunately, the crypto market will be unstable. It is the identity and nature of the market. However, due to market characteristics that are not controlled and managed, peripheral factors have a direct impact on market value and trends. The hacker problem is a real problem this year. Continuous trading platforms were hacked by hackers.

Crypto always gives you estimate and that always results in the 50-50 chance of becoming true or false. May be its true this time but only with 50% chance. Just because we are in the recovery phase means nothing as bitcoin has fallen from this height many times. So lets just wait and see how the stuff works in coming weeks. Its better that we see higher support levels like 7k or 8k then we can be sure crypto is stabilised.

Yeah bitcoin or any other coin is hard to be stable because crypto currency has the most volatile nature and it never remain the same in price, now is the best opportunity for all of us to store a lot of bitcoin because it has many profit but we need to store as much as bitcoin will be possible, stability of bitcoin is yet not on trend so we need to stabilize it, as much as time passing bitcoin is getting high value and importance as currency as an investment because of volatile and unstable price.

There have been times in the crypto history when the market has shown great stability and in my opinion, the market can still get stabilized if we start moving to a good direction and the price do not fluctuate frequently. Besides, the more the demand, the more the market for that asset which is something that also contributes to the stability. About the speculation, I would say they are not just simple predictions but are backed by current market data and past data after doing the comparative analysis that often leads in a good direction.

Stabilized? Not really. This kind of rotates every year. There are times when the price of every cryptocurrency becomes stable, and time comes when it will start rising or falling. So it’s always like going in a circle. Don’t be surprised when it starts to fluctuate again and that will before the end of this year, this is not the first time it has happened so many times.

Of course not, at the moment cryptocurrency market is not a stabilized because still now too many altcoins is not recovering his previous market price. If you follow bitcoin price and it is not recovered his market price. Recently there are too many altcoins is going to scam. If you follow coinmarketcap and you can see top rated coin already scam so we can say market still now not stabilized.

I am also 100% sure that these experts are no experts but just money makers over the youtube. There is no stability in the crypto currency. I mean how can this bitcoin model be stable when it runs with the public ledgers, decisions in the market, government acts, investment portfolio and much more things. There are so many factors like I mentioned above which keeps fluctuating the crypto market all the time. You will see no time when the crypto market is stable because of this and the decentralised nature.

Yes I think the market is currently stable and always shows the color green and since it started up gradually the last few days it always jumps back after the price fluctuations are small. But this is healthier than the extreme movement. Also encourage wider adoption as they all prefer.

I think only Bitcoin prices are up and all the altcoins are showing signs of a sharp drop in recent days. This market is really hard to guess and everyone should be more careful because just one mistake can lead to losing money and it is difficult to make money in this market.
