Update, scammer has reduce his posting, as every user name he uses and topic he creates, I flag.

Sadly I got scammed.  Receipt they provided simply says Item# Store Receipt and it doesn't even list what I bought.  It's been over an hour and no BTC in sight.  I've made sure to rate them on Web of Trust (WoT) and would encourage users of WoT to do the same.

Im sorry to hear that, I my self Got scam.  But I only purchase one to do a test trial.

Since, then I been flagging his users names and post as much as I can.

Im not a moderator so Im unable to remove his account or post.

Report him to PayPal, and file a dispute with PayPal or credit/debt card company.

How the hell could you guys not see this as a scam?

1) A website offering dozens of coins for dirt cheap
2) Posted by obvious spam username with 0 posts to his name
3) Website looks like a typical 'viagra' template site
4) If in doubt Google "usfine" and "scam" and see the many complaints.

Always, always google the website with the word 'scam'

Selling point for me was PayPal accepted and Credit Cards, plus VeriSign, which is not really theirs.

When I purchase it, after goggling it, only found one complaint in a Doge coin forum.


The cheap part is not uncommand, I buy allot of coins, Whales tend to sell them in personal sites. They could go to an exchange, and sell them, but that usually crashes the market.

Its like when a whale sold 7k coins in 5secs, on BTC-e. (I personally believe it was an error), but users said, he just wanted to get rid of all of them.  Sold them @102

If your buying via PayPal, make sure you are using a Credit Card or Debt Card on file.

DO NOT USE PAYPAL FUNDS OR BANK TRANSFER.


The reason is a PayPal Dispute won't protect you.

On my dispute I was told by a PayPal Account Specialist that they ONLY protect tangible items (Physical Items ONLY), not Digital Items.


BESURE YOUR ARE PROTECT BY USING A CREDIT CARD OR DEBT CARD ON FILE.


Luckily I did use a debt card  ;D

The scammer (s) probably had fun writing the page's title with irony. Seriously, "100% Legit Service" would've triggered an alarm to me. It sucks for you guys.

The reason they  are accepting  PP,  its because PayPal has a loophole and they are taking advantage of it.

 

MOST USERS BELIEVE PAYPAL IS A SECURE PAYMENT METHO.

I am 1 of the Victim being Scammed by usflne.com
Went to the website, order 2 BTC, send by Paypal. Promise that would deliver to my wallet address! Unable to be contact. Use another country IP, reachable and reasoning with them.Put me unanswered to all my questions. Commanded me to withdraw / cancel to the dispute and get back to them again!! No POSITIVE answer to my questions at all!! Get sick of this so call TRUSTEd SELLER.
I curse at himin coming days he will get his KAMMA very soon. Those $$$ are my HARD EARN $$$!!!

Just spoken with Paypal and manage to get back 1/2 of my money! The other half will have to waiting for another 5 days later to file a claim.And this time,Paypal will file automaticatly for me as they (usflne.com) were very rude towards Paypal. And Paypal will not let them get off so easily!! Bitcoin are collectable items, isn't it!!! Place it in you home and show off somethings you really have!!

It was pretty clear it was a scam just by looking at the posts and usernames.

eventually you guys are going to get your PayPal accounts frozen if you keep sending funds to scammers and then chargeback. After all, PayPal is the one losing money because it's already gone from the sellers account.

The trustlink URL was located at the bottom, and it uses an 'I' rather than an 'L'. When I saw this, I did not use the site.

Even that they should of have cancel their account, they haven't, which seems to be off.  PayPal will usually cancel any account without a question.  It seems they want Bitcoin Users to get burn.  Being that Bitcoin its a threat to their business.

Don't tell them it was Digital  ;)  You'll be protected from him. Also you should file a charge back, if you aren't able to get your funds out.

They got me. I am a newbie into the Dogecoin world and have found the generosity to be so unlike Bitcoin culture.
The faucets and all the sharing surrounding this wonderful crypto made me want to buy a bunch, feed the faucets that got me started and share with friends, to introduce them to this new world.
It was late, I confused that damm "l" in usflne.com with an "I", got fooled by the TRUSTLINK redirect, thinking they were legit and bought 200K for 210 bucks.
When I saw the paypal receipt to Chen Xiao for an unitemized "store receipt" and then attempted to unsuccessfully log in to their website, I knew I was screwed.

Paypal told me there is nothing they can do, as I did not know that I had no protection for purchases of this type and did not lie to them.

BEWARE! I am saddened and disillusioned by this costly experience, but I still think that Dogecoin and the people who emulate it are amazing......

Please spread the word of my sorry experience anyway you can. I feel so stupid.

You could file a charge back thought your Credit Card or Bank.  IF you paid using PayPal funds, refilled the dispute, and tell them that it was Physical Item, like a ASIC miner, something that will be needed to be ship to you.

After pretty much a week without this scammer in the community he has returned, So far been able to flag other 2 user accounts and  around 9+ topics that he/she/they created.

Isn't it possible to have his website URL banned from the forum?

Umm, not sure, I know afew MOD having deleting threads after I flag the topic or account. But that's about it.

Yeah whoever is running the site is spamming r/bitcoin and a bunch of other bitcoin forums as well.

Dam scammers,  Ill my best to track his ass here on talk.org. LOL... Punk thinks he could win against me.  ;D

I know B!z was trying to block the site from being listed, not sure if that happened.
