Coinness captured 70 times of 100 bitcoins and 19 times of 1 bitcoin at the following address [162eh4X37yCQdpTxgynQvwtrU5Hb4AMGjT] transferred to different accounts at 17:02 UTC July 10 after a total of 7,019 bitcoins were first transferred out from a suspicious exchange-based hot wallet [1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s] to [1ACvw9bgr7iceLgqS1TSq1q1dfE3qSgvwv] and then moved to the address read [162eh4X37yCQdpTxgynQvwtrU5Hb4AMGjT] since July 3.

I do not quite understand your question and what you are driving at. The overall status of the bitocoin will not affect these transactions. Why did they seem strange to you?

Some 4,000,000 Bitcoins could be sold which were purchased before 2011.

That's a huge amount of bitcoin for now and it can be done by hackers and I think we need to be careful about stepping in to secure our account.

Nothing will happen, it's just a transfer so there's no effect.

There's something that will happen if this 7k BTC will be sold quickly you'll see that the price will go down. If you'll track the other addresses, it has been passed like there's no end for the transfer.

Is this a coincidence that the price went down today? or not?

Why did they seem strange to you?
Huge transfers makes him think that there's something wrong or plan of selling to put the price dipping.

a total of 7,019 bitcoins were first transferred out from a suspicious exchange-based hot wallet
Which exchange? Can you provide link to original source of this news?

7000BTC is not big amount and if that address belong to single individual or institutional investment firm than he/they can move whatever bitcoin they want to either sell or to securely store in multiple cold wallets. Movement of large amount of bitcoin from one address to another doesn't always mean that it got hacked.

True, the problem is that it happened immediately after the SYS/MANA pump/hack/money laundering scheme (not sure what to call it yet). The funds originated from Binance hot wallet 1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s and trading was shut down immediately after the transfers. No comment has been made since (to the best of my knowledge) on the wallet address, although all funds have been assured to be SAFU by Binance.

Yes it could be an institution, but Binance also has limits on withdraws, 2 BTC for unverified accounts, 100 BTC for verified, and institutions/users must first contact them for a higher limit. If you were an institution, or Binance securing their funds, why not make just 1 withdraw, this wallet had multiple large withdraws over a span of 40 minutes. Almost points towards somebody trying to get away with as much as possible before they are noticed (speculation). It appears the BTC is now being broken down into 100 BTC batches and distributed, I am not very tech savy, so not too sure what to make of it. Possibly somebody that is good as blockchain analysis could offer some input.

Regards

7000 bitcoin is millions of dollars and we don't know they do with they amount. I hope that amount of bitcoin will be in the good hands and they did not sell it. I hope it will hold their bitcoin to not dump the price of the bitcoin. Do you think it is exchanges site wallet?
