Title: How long do you wait? Post by: worldinacoin on October 01, 2011, 03:05:40 PM I purchased a GPU card from someone here who promised to send tomorrow after I had send the Paypal payment. But been waiting the entire day. I guess it is weekend, and I am more than flexible enough to wait for a couple of days. But at least shouldn't the person reply? How long do you wait before you initiate a chargeback in such situation?
