July 9, 2018 have transferred a usdt to the  poloniex. But to this day, I still have not received the deposit. Although tixd has confirmed success. Can I get it back?

it's better to check with poloniex, maybe there is a problem in their system or you have selected the wrong wallet. Till date I am unable to find a way in which we can reverse the transaction. Once it's gone then there is no way to get back. it happened with me on yobit, I did not get back my tokens.

Next time I would not advise you to make transfers in USDT, transfer better to Bitcoin or Ethereum and then exchange them for USDT. And now check again the purse to which the funds were sent and if everything is correct, then write in support.

I also experience the same thing, but different markets, my suggestion is better you make direct contact to poloniex, via telegram or social media, and show proof of your transaction.

I think this is the best way too. Always transfer Bitcoin because that is the most stable blockchain network. Then within the platform just get the Tether or whatever you need.

You should also check USDT blockexplorer first, to see if really your tx made it and the address has a balance. Then contact the support, show all the proof and detailed transactions.

If the TX has been confirmed and it's not reflecting to your balance on Poloniex, the problem is with them.

I think you shoul contact with Poloniex support and show they the Txid and some information related your problem. I got the issue in the last month with BTC transaction and they support me get my BTC after some checking

You should contact with support poloinex. They never scam your money. I think it's just mistake of system.

For me there was a similar problem with another exchange, but I contacted with support and all resolved quickly, so you need to contact Poloniex.

Unless it is caused by a tixd system error, there is no way to recover your loss, because you may have transferred to someone else's wallet address!

Now you can ask help from the support team but you need to wait too longer to get response from them and also the poloniex exchanges having many troubles now a days so I am suggesting the people to don't use that exchange maybe we are going to see an exit scam?
