Too few CPU coins here.

Asics are coming to scrypts soon. Vert is stupidly overvalued considering how little infrastructure it has. All CPU mined coins are completely resistant to ASICs.

We need more money going to Frozen, Quark, FairQuark, and literally every other CPU coin!

Changed my stake - from now i have just NXT.

See a bright future for next generation-coins.

Don't forget to buy a big stake of NEM-coins when it's developed.

You can see that there is a huge interest about NEM - the fundraising (about 3300 btt-members !) was done within a couple of weeks !

I think Vert has a pretty strong community actually. Also it will be resistant to the Asics aimed at scrypt. However I agree that small time miners/traders will be exclusively CPU (or exotic scrypt) in a years time. Hold on to that Quark/Frozen/Q-bit!

As for near-term - I think Xivra will do a DOGE in the not too distant future! :)

I also think that something like Ripple (probably Ripple) will take over from Paypal this year possibly disrupting the auction market along the way. Services like escrow and seller protection could be bolted on for a charge.

Wow, fantastic site! I love the ease of "signing up" if you would even call it that. Definitely the best tool I've seen to keep track of my coins. That must have taken quite some time to create.

BTW, just noticed I keep getting a "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information." message when searching certain coins like VTC.

Nice, nothing wrong with hoarding that's just jealous people talking. Just hang on to all of them for a few months and at least a few of them wil have their value increased in the 100x's.

Wow !  :o Do you know the features and unique characteristics of each coin?

Did you join NEM, too?
Did you heard about it?

1. CGB 52%
2. NXT 36%
3. PTS 12% (from mining)
4. 1 stake NEM

Percentage of approximate value in BTC. I prefer concentrating my investments on a few coins I believe in rather than having it spread over a zillion crapcoins  ;D Not really sure about PTS, it is the first coin I would drop.

Hi,

I just developed a site to track your portfolios in a simple way:

http://coinfinance.com (http://coinfinance.com)

We're tracking more than 100 currencies at the time, and adding more constantly.

You can use it for know your wealth progress in BTC, USD, EUR or CYN

Quality site, looks great too. Would be perfect if you could add DRK Darkcoin to the coin options in the portfolio. Transferred c50% of my (admittedly v.small) BTC holding into DRK this week. Looks like a v.interesting prospect imho.

Cheers

Your site is very impressive looking, great job!  I'm curious as to why you didn't just take the top 100 currencies off CoinMarketcap and what criteria you used to choose the coins?

It's nice to see everyone still smiling with their long lists of coins.  Some of you may want to check this out: http://www.hoardersanonymous.org/   ;)

Hi Chase,

I'm glad you like it.

About your question, the market cap rank is calculated using the total currency supplied at the moment multiplied by the last price.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear in my question.  I was wondering why there isn't the same coins on the marketcap on your site as opposed to what is listed on CoinMarketcap?  For example, Blackcoin is #6 on your list and #20 on CoinMarketcap.  Why were some chosen and some left out?  (It's been a very long day, am I making sense? ???).  Thanks.

Ripple (reluctantly)
Doge (reluctantly)
Maidsafe (reluctantly)
Counterparty (reluctantly)
Nushares (reluctantly)
Fuelcoin (reluctantly)
Start
TIT

1/3 of my coin is in Doge and about 1 bitcoin worth in each of the other coins.

I bought about 22000 Ethers ....

....

really confused right now ..... Back in late August I had got back into trading when I caught wind of Bitshares. I made 300% on it. Made like $11,000 USD profit ..... that $11,000 profit is now down to about $3,500 ..... should have just stayed out ...

...not sure what is going on .... feel like I am completely being "played" ...

... just gonna sit it out and see if BTC finds a bottom ... maybe things will take a turn for the better with all the talk of bank bail-ins coming

Around 10K NXT (stil buying more)  ;D

Bought my first NXTs today, currently have around 1100. Also bought around 2k MaxCoins and 250VTC, as well as a few hundred BTC.

That's a good portfolio. I must say VTC made me rich by 38 BTC. bought around 5000 VTC at around 0.00005000/BTC when it was cheap  ;D

Was that in February? I remember VTC always being quite expensive :)

My current portfolio:

LTC
DOGE
CAP
VTC
HBN
NXT

I have strong opinions about VTC, DOGE and NXT... I pumped&dumped DOGE when it was new. But I wouldnt dare do that again.

I guess this is also the reason why so many members suddently disappeared. Lots of us are afraid about the future of Bitcoin and are losing interest.
I still have a small portion of NXT on an exchange just for trading purposes. But in these days i'm feeling bad when I check coinmarketcap.com.
As you already said: We have to sit it out.

Maybe we see all raising during the christmas-time. Now is the right time for some kind of wonder.  ;D

I'm holding NXT and NEM. Thats it!
