Every time I visit this forum the majority of topics are panic people, Bearish market, some are complaining, saying no Bullrun this year, Bitcoin is dead again and much more negativity, people are losing hope, I feel sorry for the newbies in the market and to all the new investors in crypto, it is obvious that the market is being manipulated, so don't fall for this trap and don't panic because the Bull is coming.

Wall Street investment bank Goldman Sachs announced that it would launch a crypto trading desk.

Susquehanna—the 12th-largest trading firm in the world by volume—announced it would start trading cryptos, too. The firm even went as far as creating its own custody company to hold its cryptos.

Billionaire investor George Soros—one of the world’s greatest moneymakers—gave the green light to his team to buy cryptos.

Coinbase—one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges—launched a crypto index fund for wealthy investors and institutions.

Financial services company State Street said it’s considering acting as a custodian for bitcoin. State Street has $2.7 trillion under management.

Wellington Capital—with over $1 trillion of assets under management—stated its intention to start trading bitcoin.

The Rockefeller family’s venture capital firm, Venrock, said it’s also buying cryptos.

Yes i believe that if we will see the next bull run it will be after ETF. Hope after Aug.10 there will be some good news from the SEC regarding cryptocurrency

Its not but definitely soon. As of now the crypto market is in on and off between green and red. And still crypto world is still bleeding.

Lets hope the bull run happens soon. Everyone has been hearing on the media that the price will be rising soon. But this soon never seems to come. We actually can not predict the crypto currency market at all. All these people and firms you mentioned might cause an impact on the crypto currency market price, but we never know what is going to happen. Currently, i wouldn't say that market is bearish at all. Price are some what stable with less fluctuation.

How do you mean smaller investors are not able to fully sell? Are they not making profit? Off course, they would have had accommolated profit no matter how small and they can sell if they want.

i hope it's true, for what i can see at the moment almost every thing is diing there is such low expectation for the future, i think that if we did not change the trend during this summer we will have a very bad end of the year, the volumes are back to the volumes of the past year and the prices are not able to rise..

I think we are close to the anger level now in the market cycle, most people came here for Lambo and they have lost their money to the bear market, there is no doubt the bull will return but when, I could see the market going side ways for a long time before its pick up. the next halving will be the next mega rally in price and that is 2 years time

I don't wanna hope so much because I've been disappointed so many times :). There are so many predictions that crypto market will rise back in May, in June, in July, in next month, next week but for now I'm still waiting and May, June has passed, it's July now and seem like there is nothing news, crypto market is still stable and price of all cryptocurrencies are really low. I don't hope in anything anymore, just work and wait, happy when it happen and normal when it don't.

I think the same as you. I follow some people on Twitter and Tradingview and they call Bitcoin bullish in the next months. There are some people with predictions of Bitcoin to 30k+ in July, but I think that it will not happen in the next few weeks.

the bull may run soon, but it will not run like it did at the end of 2017. Personally I'll be happy for the price of crytpo in general to increase in price at a slow steady increase over the years. Those huge 200billion dollar in 2months spikes are just no good for the investor sentiment of crypto in general.

There's a huge amount of burnt hands waiting to ROI who will sell asap at any sign of recovery. this its elself will halt the speed of the recovery. IMO this scenario is being played out right now regarding btc.

None of these big investors seem to be buying anything.  The marketcap got where it did a year ago before any of this big interest.  I have no idea why it's not going up, but I do think the people's money is more important than these groups investments or manipulation.

One thing that came in were all these fake ICO's that looked great, just like the dotcom junk looked great in 1997-2000.   That took the money out of coins like Navcoin, Namecoin and the old top 50 coins that were actually real people writing real code.

Bull run in the sense I believe you expect they bitcoin price to settle and stable in its own peak value. If that happen kind of bull run you will find the dump also back to the bitcoin pump you see today. Kindly invest on the right cryptos which have the long time investment view to make the money.

I see the bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, Monero and zcash are all time settled coins. If you invest today or after some months you will get the profit when the coin goes to peak in this year end.

The market is bearish because people are afraid, in theory the price of bitcoin should be recovering already but the psychology of the market does not work like that, those that invest are not computers but people and if they are afraid to invest thinking the market is going to keep crashing they are not going to invest despite evidence of the contrary since they are not taking decisions based on logic and facts, they are taking decisions based on emotions.

I think its done with bears and market is stable now.
Bitcoin still holding 6000 support line and this will lead a bull run.

I'm fed-up with people predicting this since February.

Well I believe when one is predecting and stating that next month it is and proclaming that it will be . I would say that it has millions of posibilities that it can go up for a bullish market. Preding and guessing that would I would a gamble as well try to see what will happen stating on the fact. I agree. I also think that in order to make big investors, we need good news and update a new minimum price. I think that it is from this, the lowest low point, that a voluminous purchase will begin. So we are waiting for August and updating the minimum price.

Jamie Dimon, the CEO JP Morgan has been bashing cryptocurrencies in the media while his London trading desk has been buying them up. That seems a little odd? Why would he be talking bad about cryptocurrencies to the media and at the same time buying cryptocurrencies for himself?

I hope this one is true. Its been 6 months since the market was on its bull.

That's almost a year old news, isn't it? We all know about Dimon Dimonizing Bitcoin, only to keep buying it up later. He has sort of converted now. But think about it. If people really hate Bitcoin, why else make it news and make it public unless they wanted to affect the market, right? And why affect the market unless they want to make profit from it?

So I don't trust much experts. Whether they say up or down, they want the market to meet their price.

I'm hoping that a bull run will come and makes a good statement to erase all negativity that created with those bearish months. I'll be patient to wait for that moment.

Yeah, it is so nice to see the bull market coming but seeing the market now even if we want to think positive about it but there are times we think the opposite but  I still hope that it will come near and fast.

Quite true. I also see a bullish market on the horizon despite the negativity being peddled every where in crypto space. As you said, there may be an element of manipulation at play but it's clear as to a change to a bullish state.

Yup everything will change in August 2020.  What will happen in next month is just a pump, then the realization that nothing will happen and huge dump till bottom in September.

There is something odd about the BlackRock Interview, the CEO said that their client in not Interested in crytpto at the moment but the way he answers it is hesitant  and you can see in his eyes that he is lying or something, when these guys say don't buy, it's time to buy, but the most important thing here is that BlackRock is studying crypto and no doubt they are buying crypto secretly, Imagine if he says on the interview that their client wants to buy crypto the impact of a 6 trillion Dollar firm is huge to the crypto market

Btc moved by 1k in only a few hours last april, we shouldn't forget that. A lot of people were pumped about seeing a full recovery only to get their hopes dashed by a continued bear run, even hitting the all time low a couple of weeks afterwards.

Yes, I remember it was the first week of April and the same happened for this time. Bitcoin moved also $1,000 for just few hours. Expect that there will be red on coinmarketcap but that's normal.
After the quick increase, there will be a rapid correction too but that's normal and it's not going to be the same like those few months.

I also think that a bull run is incoming. We have double-bottomed around $250 billion (whole crypto market). This is a demonstration of a lot of resistance to further drops past this point. This in turn leads to greater investor confidence. I think it is quite reasonable to expect this to be the lowest price point we'll see for the remainder of the year. I don't see much chance at all of the market dropping down past $200 billion.

I believe month of August will be Ghost month according to the Chinese beliefs, so bear month. But it is also depends on how bitcoin gain high demand because it is one of the way to recover the price.

Well based on the history of Bitcoin every year August is a bear month but right now Bitcoin is forming a Head and Shoulder pattern again which really a bullish and a lot of experts also bullish on BTC we will see it in the upcoming weeks.

Coming, but I dont think it's soon. I think we will not see ATH at Bitcoin until the end of 2019. Maybe we can see short bull run in 2018 but not ATH.

I believed in the coming of a bull run because we can see its sign now. Bitcoin will rise higher than before and of course the other altcoins will also follow to rise and shine.

Still theres no sign of a bull run cause bitcoin cant even pass the 8000$ price. I will only believe that were on a bull market once bitcoin hit 10,000$ again.

Bitcoin is working on the resistance zone in the $7600 - $7700 area. Once it clears that, it should run towards $10000 next. Crossing above $10000 will make more people take notice of the early bull.

The current trend corrects already and now we are seeing another run way up, I think this is a real one so brace yourself and enjoy this market.

We really have to be careful especially those who do day trading but hodlers don't care if the current trend is just a bull trap or not.

  Rescently the bull market has starting to run but we can not assure on its recovering due of its volatility and it does not show any aspect that it was fully recovered. Yes the market now are recovering for its bearing and moving slowly upwards. If the bitcoin ETF will be approved by the SEC for sure there will a signs for a bull run in the next coming months.

It's slowly getting energized and preparing itself for another bull run. I think this is going to be huge too. It had been bearish for a while now so it's good to see it finally showing some recovery.

If the ETF decisions are negative, the market may be a little further down. However, it was negative on previous SEC decisions and after a while the market made a rapid rise.

I hope your speculations are rights since you have a basis for your data and article but it would still led as for speculation since there are many factors that can lead to a price drop and price upward trend.

today bitcoin price is stuggling to hit 7500 $, when this price exceeded it will easyli go to 7800 and more may be it will hit 8000 $, i think in two days it can be happen

I don't know the reason why the price spike this week, maybe it is because of the ETF news which the decidion is coming in late August. I think there are alot of positives in space now and even a No answer will cause panic price reaction but the long term bull run will still be intact.

Institutional investors are going to come into cryptocurrencies investment when ETF get approved in August this year.  I do believe that the bearish market is over and the bullish market will continue from next month.  Bitcoin investments is going to really attract big investors base on the future events.

Yes I agree that the bull is coming and there are good signs in that regard especially in the last one week as Bitcoin has surpassed it's resistance point of 6000 and is now in the 7k new threshold. The idea of Bitcoin regaining its strength and climbing to 10,000 is a strong possibility.

I think market is not completely recover because Bitcoin only green in the market others are stay in a red so still unpredictable for Cryptocurrency. At previous SEC decision Bitcoin cycle was in Bull trend. right now is in bear trend.  We see Bitcoin growth right now as a speculation what will happen on 10th August. After it will be denied, Bitcoin price will dump and soon after reach bottom.

I think now altcoins will be in flat in low levels of price during next 2-3 weeks, till Bitcoin will reach 9000$. Then I think we will have a little window for rising about 2 weeks^ during which some of them will give us nice profit.

McAfee tweets that bull is really close now and bitcoin will hit $25k at the end of the year. I dont trust him that much but he got a point, bull is near.

It will not be deciding factor. We are close to the bottom. There is nothing to decide anymore All is already decided. Some even claims bottom was already reach.

his tweets are generally exaggerated but this time he is correct. From my end I'm seeing a lot of bitcoin friendly news including the one where samsng has started accepting bitcoin in some store. I think corporations/bigly investors are realizing the power of bitcoin at this point and they know they'll only lose money by staying away from it.

Fomo will not start before we reach old ATH so $20.000. That will for sure not happen this year no matter what.    Sub $5000 is totally possible and if it will happen it will happen soon.

Yeah sure bull run will come if SEC will approve the ETF been presented on it's table at the moment, if they will reconsider their stand and get it approved then we might see a great bull again but if they rejects it, we might see one of the worst bear market of all thing.
