It's still pretty modest, but the slow growth is encouraging. I started a board for members from the Philippines, and it looks as if that may have some potential.
I've also been asked about the Ivory Tower translation project, and that is still active, but not receiving any submissions. Don't forget that if your quality post in one of the local language boards is translated, and it is good enough to be quoted in the Ivory Tower, you are guaranteed a minimum of five merit points for it. Behaviour is more important that ethnicity, sex or language skills. At a personal level, I respect Putin for his diplomacy, and his desire to improve the quality of healthy food. I'd be interested in promoting discussions about the use of Bitcoin in Russia here on Bitcoin Talk.
