Right now, it seems that the crypto world and block chain technology has a lot of potential, but is the crypto world here to stay? Not just bitcoins per se, but other virtual currencies as well like altcoins or litecoins and such. Do you think we will still hear about and use cryptocurrencies for the next, say 5-10 years?

Hi there, my answer is yes, even though we are still at 1% of the population, crypto is a very solid area. good projects out there with really good people involved

just a matter of time to get people more educated, could have great potential in time

I think this is perhaps one of the biggest challenges about cryptocurrency. There are too many things you need to learn about and consider before you got to start investing in it or you will lose any amount you possibly cannot afford to lose. But your right, perhaps if people are to be educated properly then more people might get into this.

Yeah it is going to stay here for a long and long time. Though a large portion of people are still unaware about this, still I think it will be future of this world.

Cryptocurrencies have a great future as a lot of people are involved with cryptos, blockchain is also providing security and backbone to the whole system and recent interest of people which is making all these curious minds to study on these coins and realizing their importance for the future.

I think there maybe currencies that will not make it far especially for those cryptocurrencies currently  that are not selling and not much of a trading movement in the exchange sites. However, I would also assume that there will be new ICO token that would be more popular for some of the older altcoins in the market in the next 5 years.

Yes. I see this particular question asked around on a regular basis and my answer is always 'Yes' since I am a firm believer that Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market on the whole are here to stay and will not replace FIAT, but will serve as alternate payment methods in our daily lives. The shitcoins will disappear for sure, but the legit cryptocurrencies will survive no matter what although their values will fluctuate a lot.

Who's going to decide to eliminate Crypto? It's decentralized distributed consensus. No one entity can rule out Crypto.

Back in days when mtgox hack happened everyone including me thought it's over. then followed by lot of negetive press about bitcoin on how it's used in blackmarket n illegal activities etc. But bitcoin rose stronger than ever. It's the future. Crypto is parallel economy.

for the next 5-10 years we can not predict it but I am sure if in the next few years maybe 2-3 years crypto still exist and still many users. this happens because more crypto is emerging and this makes crypto more widely known. this is my opinion

Yes, I believe so. It's only growing and developing in this stage until to the point that it will become a mainstream thing. There's still a lot of resistance from people but I think younger generations will be more open and interested in knowing it more. I believe there are business schools that try to teach kids about it, mass adoption will be on the way.

I think that Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and other altcoins will continue to grow over the next 5-10 years, we see that every year crypto continues to grow in demand, you also know that crypto is able to attract the attention of the governments of big countries, they take seriously, even many countries have given permission for crypto, this is good news for the development of crypto.

Obviously the answer is yes we will hear and we might even be able to use it for more things like buying online paying bills etc. altcoins right now is slowed down by the lack of information and because of that it got lack of trust which means there is a high demand but too much people who thinks twice because of whether the security is enough. Bitcoin might remain forever and few other coins that is not just a copy cat of the bitcoin or other coin might remain as successful coins for long time but most of the ERC20 tokens that will fail to develop what they have promised during ICO will eventually die within next 2-3 years.

That is the reason why many make exits from ICO tokens after gaining some profit and jump back into usual high marketcap coins.

Cryptocurrencies haven't reached the mainstream yet. The cryptomarket is still very young compared to forex so in the next 5 - 10 years I'm so certain that cryptocurrencies are still here to stay.
