I think this forum section is created exactly for people who can't search or don't know how to google, so there's no point in butthurt and shouting :)

Just have a look at the kind of questions that were asked at the beginning in this section ~2011 or even a few years after that. Nowadays 9 out of 10 threads are spam or versions of the same questions asked again and again.

There is no butthurt and no shouting; and please, don't make it sound as if a forum or google search was a skill :D
You need no skill in order to simply scroll down and read, you only need time and if people aren't interested in investing said time why on earth do they expect others to take time for answering their questions?
This kind of behavior only leads to more rules and restrictions in order to cope with this kind of spam.
