The guy behind Exoblock provided a lot of support back when I was experimenting with solo mining Litecoin: https://litecointalk.io/t/solo-mining-vs-pool-mining/12351 (https://litecointalk.io/t/solo-mining-vs-pool-mining/12351)

I recently relocated my rigs from my basement lab to Exoblock and have been happy with the support and the cost savings. I needed to get access to the more affordable power rates and feel lucky that I met Exoblock through solo mining Litecoin. I know I don't have much rep here but just wanted to throw this out there.

See our instagram for pictures (www.instagram.com/exoblock.inc) and website for more information - www.exoblock.net

The pictures on your instagram are great! I currently live in the US and I am looking for colocation .. I have 27 S9s and 18 Dragonmint T1s .. however, I have a few questions for you ..

1) Do you provide your customers with VPN access?
2) Do I need to provide you with network and power cables? and what about network switches?
3) Could I visit the site if I am ever in town?
4) Can I order more miners directly to your facilities? If yes, can you clear customs for me?

Thank you! Looking forward to doing business with you!

Hi bayarea88 .. thank you very much! :) We certainly do have a few customers from the US! To answer your questions:

1) Ideally, we do not provide customers with VPN access, however, that could be arranged upon request. That being said though, we do use a self-developed monitoring software that scans all the machines in the facility every hour and automatically reboots anything that is not hashing correctly. You really have nothing to worry about. VPN access is somewhat unnecessary.  All we ask our customers to do is monitor their hashrates on their pools just to make sure everything is up and running (which is normally the case) .. we have an uptime close to 99%

2) No you do not need to provide us with any cabling or network switches .. we take care of all that .. the $50 installation fee covers the cost for miner setup, network/power cabling, internet and racking.

3) Absolutely! It is always a pleasure for us to meet our customers and take them for a tour in our facility! :)

4) Yup! Many of the customers that we've developed a good and long-lasting relationship do that. They place the order from the manufactures and we take care of the rest! Miners ideally go live on the same day that they are delivered to us. Our software has the ability to configure miners so miner deployment is an effortless and quick process for us :)

If you have any other questions or concerns, please email us on sales@exoblock.net or fill up the online form on our website and we will get back to you as quick as we can!

Thanks !!
