Title: Exchange specific altcoins
Post by: reisenmachtfreude on July 24, 2018, 07:47:39 PM
Some exchanges like Binance and Kucoin provides an "exchange specific altcoin" like BNB and KCS. Normally such coins can be used to pay a reduced trading fee / get dividends. Is there a general name for these coins which I can search to find other exchanges? Which other exchanges do you know?

Yes there is a name for them
KCS = KUCOIN SHARES.
BNB= BINANCE COIN/TOKEN

They are very good tokens , exchange tokens and similarly there are several others too.
CET = Coinex Tokens.

You can look them up on coinmarketcap website as well its important.

Yeah they have created a new asset class that is exchange backed or owned tokens, i still cannot forget the value these coins reached in the last bull run, i know a lot of such projects but some good ones that are already live with exchanges are coss, cob, ht, bix and a few that are under development include stm, lcs and stex etc.

BNB and other coins are not good at all because they are centralized exchanges, you can do nothing with that token, a fee token is not good but there must be governance but they are centralized. OAX is better as a coin of decentralized platform.  :)

It is true that there are some markets that provide such services, they have coins to be exchanged for the cost and the purpose of dividends every month, but for the prize issue it will surely vary as said above in CMC it is all over, where we search best or we take all the coins that give such a reward because there are many market options for now.

More exchange now created their own token for marketing strategy and to give other benefits to the user. Beside Binance and Kucoin, others exchanges that created their own token is Huobi (HT Token), OKEX (OKB), Bibox (BIX). The price of token that own by these exchanges was going up high, like OKB Token own by OKEX been going up 10 times.
