Actually my main concern is security. Although it is possible to secure wallets with hardware wallet, you can still lose your coins. It is quite possible that someone stole your seeds.

In my humble opinion, the expectation that I have dreamed of since I discovered cryptocurrency is it's usage as a CURRENCY and not only as an ASSET.Unfortunately it's harder than we think and even some merchants that accepted cryptocurrency like Steam or Lamborghinik doesn't accept it anymore. It says a lot about the current situation.

My biggest expectation on cryptocurrencies is that I'd be able to use them directly without the need to convert to fiat. Clearly this isn't really a part where crypto is to blame, but seeing how volatile the prices are, merchants are half-heartedly accepting the suggestions of people ot accept crypto as a payment option only to stop it after a short while. I'm still hoping that crypto would be usable in most shops though due to the convenience it offers.

a good opinion when someone is looking for dreams and then move to crypto my opinion is simple, when someone move to another field that he was struggling I think this is not a dream of life can be concluded with when someone moved into crypto world I think he was thinking again with the circumstances that exist or he is looking for other opportunities or he is being studied both learn the opportunities and opportunities on the world of real and crypto world is not a new thing and the story is made when someone interested in crypto and now appears a lot of pengunanya, crypto thing a new, highly developed and opportunity to advance with technological and economic development may be useful and successful for all

For me it's the scalability because problems can show up (waiting times, fees, etc) if there's no fix to this. Months ago when the price of Bitcoin was peaking the fees became a problem for most people and some of them moved to alts because of this. It can be achieved for sure but it takes time, right now we have some solutions there like segwit and the lightning network.

For me it is some kind of making crypto legal worldwide and more useful, i am just waiting for times when you will be able to use crypto in every place like for example shops or you will be able to use it in on every internet side.

I was initially drawn to bitcoin because of its potential to disrupt the established way we use money in our society. I don't see much has changed in the way people use money, though. Instead of being fully responsible for their funds, the average user depends on others to keep their crypto-currencies safe, like exchanges, online wallets, and what not. I also see more and more banking services and products being moved to the blockchain, replicating the old financial system. It seems to me as if we have transferred our old habits to this new technology, rather than employing its full disruptive potential. I hope this will change in the future as more and more people come on board.

I always believed that crypto currencies will be used in the daily life soon but nothing like that is happening at all. I am not sure whats wrong with the crypto developers as well as government authorities but they shovel have been on the same page by this time. Just imagine, 9 years has passed and still government is thinking to ban the crypto while on the other hands devs are not making high throughputs which can really make the crypto look like awesome and give no reasons to the government to ban it. These are some of the expectations I have from the crypto's which I believe have not met yet.

My expectation of crypto which is yet to be met can be summed up to insurance and responsibility. Today, a lot of people have been victims of scams whether willingly, greediness, deceit, hacking, or compromise of custodians and there is nothing to salvage the situation. For fiat, if some transfer money without my approval or stole my ATM, I could quickly get the bank to block such transaction, trace the account where its going and if followed adequately, the culprit could be caught while the accounts where the fund touches would be place on restriction. But for crypto, the moment one confirmation has happened, that is the end without remedy and that is why scam abound. The moment that can be checked, my expectations would have been met.

At present, the price of encryption has not satisfied us. Compared with the price in January, the market value of encryption has dropped a lot.

Well most of the cryptos that I have invested in were useless and made me a big loss. However, when I find the diamonds that go 20x-30x it actually wins me back the losses and gives me good profit.

Perhaps it is an investment in the crypt. A lot of people against the backdrop of growing popularity have invested good money in the crypt and expected to get big money in short lines.

Hope everyone would want to benefit from the bitcoin investment done so far. However, looking at the current crypto market situation it feels like it will not be gained in the near future. However, other dreams that people have long desired are legalized by bitcoin to be used as a payment method in all countries in the world so that people have many options for conducting various transactions without fearing that the transactions they suspect are illegal by illegal transactions.

That is one good point or expectation that is not being met so far in various countries across South Asia and Middle East. Even in my country Bitcoin is not accepted so far and few among people know about it and its use.

One main problem is that people have little or no knowledge about the crypto currency and due to this very reason, the demand for crypto is way too down due to which the government also does not show any interest in legalizing cryptocurrency.

For me I want to see bitcoin is adopted in every where, I want to see bitcoin is accepted in every shop and every country, so when I go abroad I dont need their fiat and I can buy and pay every thing with bitcoin, but more and more passing day bitcoin has become asset for people and the legality still become a big challenge for bitcoin

World adoption. The hurdles cryptocurrencies have to go through for world adoption include high volatility and impracticality for daily use.

I hope there will be an internationally accepted system recognized by governments without affecting the characteristics of BTCitcoin.
Bitcoin is terrific, but the absence of government support makes many confused by its acceptance as a payment mechanism.
I do not know how this problem will be solved maybe some suggested solutions like Bitcoin ETF, prepaid cards,....etc.
If Bitcoin accepted, there are more than one billion users "especially in the Arab and Islamic world" looking to use it

My biggest expectation about cryptocurrency is that I want to be using cryptocurrency in public places in my country, the government will build many Bitcoin ATMs so I can withdraw money whenever I want. But my expectations have not come true yet

I think total security of wallet. As you can see, some wallets are susceptible of hacking and imagine how much money are lost whenever there are hacking attacks on online wallets. Another thing is mass adaptation, just imagine the market volume of cryptocurrency once almost everyone areound the world use and allow crypto in their country.

if asked the dream, I from the beginning joined my crypto much hope, if you ask what I want to get from crypto then the answer I want to change my life to be better financially of course and hope I can transact using cryp wherever I am, but if you ask me what I want for future crypto then I want the reality, the ease of pasilitas, the security of the storage system in the sense that the possibility of extortion and fraud can be minimized, and it requires the legality and full recognition of every country in the world, the hopes and dreams sounds easy but in reality this time I feel more difficult, and makes me a little pessimistic

The only thing that bothers me int he crypto currencies is that they are not being used for anything. We are just storing them by buying them, in the hope that we will see price hikes and we will earn huge profits from that. Well that kind of mentality has become for us when we use the crypto currencies. We are not really using them for any real purpose, that is expected thing from the crypto's and to be honest its been long time now since when the crypto currencies has become our life. I guess at least that much features should have been out there for it.

Usage in real life. How many of us wanted to go shop and buy things online with our bitcoin? But currently, its not happening because of to much factors. Although there are merchants that readily accepts bitcoin, they are just minority. We are all talking about mainstream adoption, but to consider it mainstream, it should be universally accepted as payment system first. The thing is, its not on our control, and all we can do is hope that at least some big retailers would experiment and see how bitcoin and crypto in general can be used online.
