How much bitcoin would institutions buy? I think at least 180000$ meaning one basket, and one institution can buy 100 or 20 million. Don't get to excited though...

It is definitely appreciable action to see institutions are trying to build awareness about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology across the globe. However, I am highly impressed by the education system in Australia because the primary grade students are exploring blockchain technology in their academic curriculum and it is definitely going to help them down the road. No doubt if we will see most of the leaders in the blockchain/crypto industry from Australia.

yeah, all in all our community or rather some parts of people in world are getting to know the everything about technology and the main cryptocurrency itself.

Also I would like to say something about the cryptocurrency which different companies saw and seek to create something that would make the crypto world better and stronger year by year but I was actually noticing that the crypto world should seek for the benefit of the earth more green not just in the techno world. As we see peolple saw something that cryptocurrencies can make use of that they can earn and make something out of nothing to bloom and that should be great out in the crypto world.  (in the earth, helping people and environment)

Many are into it many

That's what I want as a crypto currency user because that's for our good. Well I think what's good about the acceptance of higher institutions is that the promotion of crypto currency gained an impact.

We are always open to new developments. Ready to embrace change. And of course, it is the choices we make now that will eventually shape the future. It is the moves the likes of Bill Gates and Jobs made in the ending of the last Century that shaped the present we live in now. So, if higher institutions embrace bitcoins, it is fantastic fantastic news!

anything that is about adoption of bitcoin or is contributing to it is always going to be a good thing without a doubt. but the real question is whether these cases that you are seeing are actually about adopting/embracing bitcoin or is it only about embracing the technology and separating bitcoin from it. in most cases that I see these days it is the later  and these big institutes are adopting the blockchain technology to create their own centralized system based on it. that is not something we care about.
and many of these seminars, ... are turning into a place for ICOs to advertise and gain more gullible newbies to scam and earn money from!

Few days ago, I was in the middle of finance conscious friends and their discussion about how CFA institute has included blockchain as part of topics to read for exam I.e including it in its syllabus and the feeling I had when they talk about crypto currency in the most crude and basic manner is more than being delighted but an assurance that crypto currency is here to stay and the recognition its getting from such reputable institute shows that its a force to really reckon with.

New like this should really be publicised beyond the forum to those are still skeptical about whether they are on the right path or doing the right thing that for the fact that you found your way down, you have never been this right before.

Most countries talk about blockchain and not necessarily about bitcoin, there are few countries that speak well about bitcoin and altcoins and even about ICOs. I am going to mention the countries that I think are adopting a more understandable posture regarding bitcoins, namely Japan, South Korea, USA and Malta. other countries have only a neutral approach. While countries such as China and India and others that I will not mention here, have adopted very tough positions regarding bitcoin. but as I said before, all countries speak well about blockchain ... but exclude cryptos.

And if it happens, more and more people would love to start using bitcoin and therefore the market value will rise. This is a good step in making bitcoin more popular.

if they are truly embracing cryptocurrencies in their current form and are improving the world then yes. but so far what i have seen is that everyone including these institutions that you are talking about are only interested in making profit from cryptocurrencies. for example most of them only use blockchain technology as some sort of hyped up term to sell their services or worse create an ICO.

That's really great hearing some countries talking and teaching about cryptocurrency. I presume this is happening in the western world or probably the developed countries. Alot would be done if this is happening in Africa. Even if the goal is to be achieved in this so called developed countries, it has to start from the basis.

The growth of the community is always a good thing for us who loves bitcoin. Bitcoin acceptance is one of the main problem that we bitcoin users face and it is always nice when we here about big establishments supporting and accepting bitcoin. Instead of getting worried of the side effects we should always see the positive aspects it brings.
Corporate institutions are always vital in promoting a brand such as bitcoin to the next level. It is always a good feeling to see these companies embracing the use of cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin. We need these kind of adoption to project bitcoin to the rest of the world.

Am delighted coming across various news and online posters about how higher institutions in different countries of the world now talk about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. They as far as organising symposium, seminars and conferences on cryptocurrency related topics.
This development is a sign that awareness is now been circulated to the younger generation and to me is a good omen and a welcome development towards the establishing a firm standing of cryptocurrency to the world.
I think it's okay if they talk about bitcoin in conferences or seminars, this actually helps bitcoin to be well-known and of course the effect is wider acceptance. When 'bigger' people talking and starting using bitcoin intensively, it will drag more attention of people that finally will also do the same of what they see by the 'bigger'. Moreover, bitcoin will grow even faster and legality is everywhere.

There are many holes in crypto's current form that would make it difficult for these high institutions to fully accept crypto. There has to be some regulations that would give assurance and confidence to these people that they can adopt it's usage without major risks to thenselves.

Its a big advantage that higher institutions organizes seminars and conferences made because this is a way to spread more awareness to people on cryptocurrency because knowledge is the key when we want to be  part of this trends without it we are too far from on being a successful bitcoiner. Most especially to younger generations that wants to get involved in this field they truly needed to be educated in cryptos.

In fact, the crypto space is growing gradually because people are eventually understanding the beneficial concept of cryptocurrency and the Blockchain as well. With time, not only big institutions or companies will embrace crypto but rather countries will adopt it as well.
That's right. But the main driving force for the development and scaling of cryptocurrencies and new technologies is young people. Therefore, the more conferences and seminars on cryptocurrencies will be held, the faster the community of cryptocurrency supporters will grow.If faculties are being opened in institutions that will teach students new technologies, this fact should destroy pessimists who do not believe in cryptocurrencies or treat them condescendingly.

That is good of course, but if Bitcoin stays at this low point it is pretty impossible for it to come up with a good investments from businessman who believes in Bitcoin. What I am trying to say is that it is better to involve Bitcoin in a higher entities if and only if Bitcoin can promise assurance since investors were looking forward also for the increase of their initial money that they give in for something unsure.

Yup, this is merely the tipping point. Soon it will be embraced on a larger level and become "normalized"

i agree with you completely. there are countries that have full awareness of bitcoin at least on a comparison level while others are just starting to wonder what is this hype that is trending everywhere
