$1 per 250 pageviews is a pretty high payout. Seems like that would be a hefty bill with any number of pageview.

I may apply to be a writer for you guys. You seriously need an editor, though. Some of these articles I'm finding are quite painful (from a writer's perspective) to read due to the numerous grammatical and punctuational errors within. Not to mention oddly written sentences and such.

On that note, are you interested in an editor?

You can write about what you want as long as it is relevant to the news site.  They do share leads and links for stories and we all supoort and help each other when we can.
It is a nice site to write for.

I would wait a few days or more.  I know the boss is hard at work on the server move as we are adding capacity due to the fast growth of the site and getting more things going.

If you used the same grammar you used here, I doubt you'll hear a response. Your writing would need heavy editing prior to being published.

I do have to say editing is the worst part of writing.  I am editing several articles right now and it drives me nuts. Lots of work but worth it. Now and again things do make it past all of us though.
Just to be clear I am editing my own articles I am not an editor at CCN.

Anyone sending applications be patient please.  I know the owner is working hard on several things right now.  We grew very fast over the last 4 months so it has been great yet also created a lot of work behind the scenes.

Enjoy the articles though we are all working hard to get news out.

There is a co-author setup we use for multiple authors for one article.
I am not sure how the payouts work on it as I am just starting a joint article now and have not published yet.
I will let you know how it goes.
David is very fair on payouts and making sure we are all set.
