This stone is a beauteous purple amethyst: http://c0ffer.com/gem_pics/235829.jpg It weights 2.6 carats and is a brilliant pear cut listed at my site for >6BTC. Amethyst of this type sells for about $30+/carat but I am going to auction this stone here exclusively for forum members.
