Title: Start-up registration (pre money stage) - big question "Where"?
Post by: cryptokangaroo on July 28, 2018, 02:24:47 PM
Tech (mvp, whitepaper, real team) start-up with 4 devs in 3 countries working decentrally, with a marketing representative in a 4th country.
None funding is secured.
Where to register and whether such registration is needed? (they do ask for it in LinkedIn company profile)
There is no money to incorporate in popular places like singapore, switzerland etc and no money for serious legal counsel.
I have thougt of:
1)virtual office address
2)the above+UK ltd formation (cheap and quick)
3)using coworking places address
4)using incubator/accelerator address (off the wall idea)
if you know the ropes, please could you share the wisdom.
Much appreciated.

You should look into Estonia's E-Residency program. Its what most of these ICOs use I believe. Please Don't fake an address. It will only harm you in the long run. Checkout this website for more information: https://e-resident.gov.ee/
