And considering the pricing of alt-coins, unless you're planning to sell/buy several thousand of them, the profits will be negligible.
Also note that the trade rate figures are for the highest trade, which is often small amount of coins - like 100. If you go looking to sell thousands of coins at same rate, you will be out of luck.
