who is a bounty manager who is friendly and kind

I can't tell a good bounty manager. All I can do is research the project and then judge whether it is a worthwhile project, not whether it is a good bounty manager.

Bounty manager is people n team who manage bounty program and they will also get reward from their work. Since 1 years joined in bounty program i been join bounty program with different manager and mostly all of them is very kindness, i like bounty program that manage by bounty manager Color LesK, Sandra Evans, btcltcdigger, Amazix and Token Suite.

g0blin, krypital,a team that manage Buddy bounty and a team that manage Usechain bounty. They are the best manager I have seen :) They will solve your problem very quickly.

I go for btcltcdigger where he has already a lot og succesfull campaign. But Ofcourse every manager is really kind and helpful because it will be for the sake of their project. That is the number 1 tactics of a scammer, to gain your trust. So before joining do a research and a background check to satisfy yourself to join the project.

 I think the manager of the bounty is the people and the team managing the bounty program. And in my opinion the best bounty manager is deadley because the bounty manager is very trustworthy and does not commit fraud and the division of tasks is very good and actually there are many more.

A bounty manager can be friendly depending on how the bounty participants treat and recognize the manager. It is nat times worried to see participants giving all sort of insults to bounty managers upon a little mistake and all that. You need to respect in all ways if you want others to respect you.

I think there are still people who are not good at all. I participated in several bounty campaigns but the manager there did not care about the campaign and answered the questions of the participants.

If you take time to do a very good research of bounty manager, you will find very good one with reputation but I will not advice you join a bounty that has newbie as the manager.

Thats not a proper question i think.. cause every ico have differnt bounty manager some are good also some are so bad and do rude behavior.

If you are following bounty rules I think almost all the bounty managers will give you the stakes for the work but some may be not check all the rules but at the end you will get maximum stakes even you haven't follow all the rules. Sometimes the problem is not with the bounty manager but the ICO having issue and fail to satisfy bounty hunters.

Bounty managers deal with many people, sometimes even thousands of people and the best traits for them is not as much to be friendly as to be fair, helpful and most of all dedicated. Participants  that have problems can normally understand that there are rules and that the manager will not break them, but what really kills any manager´s reputation is not being available for the community and not answering promptly to the issues.

If the manager is kind and friendly, it does not mean the project is profitable. Better pay an attention on other criteria to select the campaign.

No days, there are many kind Bounty manager, but it does not give the sense of success. Better search  for the proper team then the manager.
