Another forum user, eXch.cc ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=317557 ) has also indicated to me that they can trade via paypal but I haven't done a trade with them yet.

Post by: oxiyusuf on May 05, 2015, 01:33:32 AM I keep saying that using escrow with paypal is useless and no escrow will accept that. any paypal transaction your at your own risk. you just need to raise unauthorized transaction dispute if you know how to do it, or call paypal and they will surely do something depending on your country. When dealing with paypal use a trusted company service you know that serves customers from more than 5 countries then your sure who you are dealing with. Sorry for the loss you have incurred. you just have to be careful.
