Title: Deleted thread PlaceToRent
Post by: PTRmktg on August 01, 2018, 01:27:27 PM
Our announcement thread for PlaceToRent has been deleted. None of our team received any notification of any violations nor did we delete the thread. I'm looking for help on how to get this thread restored. Thanks in advance for your help.

The usual reason an ANN thread gets deleted is for incentivizing posting within the thread - that is, telling people to post to your thread - and/or bumping more often than once every 24 hours.

Thank you for your response. Is there any way to directly appeal this or get a definitive answer? Thanks in advance.

Appeal it?  Just recreate your thread and don't bump or incentivize it.

If the mod that deleted your ANN thread happens to see this one and he/she feels like responding then you might get an explanation, but I wouldn't count on it. You would know better than most whether you were violating any of the rules listed here: Forum Rules (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.msg7955645#msg7955645)
