None of our team received any notification of any violations nor did we delete the thread. I'm looking for help on how to get this thread restored. Thanks in advance for your help.

If the mod that deleted your ANN thread happens to see this one and he/she feels like responding then you might get an explanation, but I wouldn't count on it.
