Our Masternodes have control of 90% of our PRE-MINE. Meaning 90% of our PRE-MINE is locked and in order for us to unlock it and spend it we first need to propose our spend to our Masternodes. If we get majority vote on our proposal we will proceed with the spend, without majority vote from the Masternodes we cannot spend.

The MAST Coin Masternodes also have the final yes or no say for all new Masternodes proposed to be deployed on our platform. The community votes for new Masternodes to be added to our platform & once a week we propose the top 5 to our Masternodes to vote yes or no

for what is the 90% locked of the premine?

It looks like a way of removing the "Pump & Dump, Scam Coin" issue. If the premine is locked then the Dev, can't disappear with it or dump it
when the price first surges.
 
I believe the coins are used as collateral for the first 30 Masternodes (of which 10% have sold already)

Exchanging between active masternodes

Can this transfer be possible between any type of masternode or just your specific one?

It gets transferred between all Masternodes, that is why its a UNIVERSAL TOKEN  ;)

I like that Masternode Token is a PoS type token, because PoS it's good in a way PoW is not, since it contributes to wealth equality when PoW doesn't. You must be quite rich to get significant $ from PoW, since you need big money to buy GPUs and stuff. But you don't need to be that rich to have enough crypto to get significant $ from PoS. Also, PoS is better cause, though it does indeed consume natural resources indirectly, it does so far less than PoW. Hence, when you become a millionare thanks to Masternode Token, there will still be a world where to enjoy your fortune!   ::)

Masternode Token is the universal inhouse token used on our platform and app. Its value is backed by all the Masternodes on the platform and is traded peer to peer on our platfrom to ensure it is traded at the correct value.

Mast Coin is traded on exchanges and allows you to setup up our very own Masternode which allows you to control the spending of our pre-mine and govern our Masternodes pool.

Having masternode as the main feature of the coin is so outdated we almost have 400 - 500 masternode coins already. nonetheless there are new masternode coins that actually have a needed product in this space.

I don't think an exchange specifically for masternodes is necessary, plenty of exchanges around and they are working just fine.
