After several month we saw crypto currency prices is decreased fast, and a weeks ago the price is going up, but now looks go back to the bottom, the chart looks so confusing, but in my prediction if crypto currency getting better in august, so we must be happy, because I believe crypto currency is the economic future of the world. But if this august, crypto currency is fall again or maybe have no positif movement, so this is the end. What do you think buddy?

If you day trade, you can recover and avoid such losses but it depends on how good you are. But if you are only holding, you have your goal of looking at the result after few years.

Doesn't matter at all what we as individuals think. The market has its logic, and it will go up and down and then up again. Just don't get caught into believing that these swings mean something important is going on, and don't rush into stupid decisions. If you hold long term you will be fine. 

I assume that the cryptocurrency will improve towards the end of autumn-beginning of winter. In August, we will not see a big jump. But in October 2018, there will be a chance of a huge jump to the top. Therefore, I wish patience to all of us.

I don't think it's over yet. The bear market is still going on.
It may still take months of declines, but don't worry, the bull market is coming soon.

In this august, if the market won't be "green" again, 2018 is really a difficult year for cryptocurrency market. There have many small investor boring with this market. They almost cut loss their account. But i still hope so the market will be "bull" very soon. There have many good news in this time, have many indicator to show this. Hope so and hope so

We have lots of fall since last years, so many investors didnt trust the ICO anymore, the ICO project still survive because they have partnership with other ICO'S, almost no real investor. It's a little correction and i will think the price of bitcoin will not go even lower than the latest rate. People are still waiting for the next hype to be happened on the bitcoin market due to the ETF but it was getting delayed by SEC and it may give the possibility to the holders to move their amount for a short-term period to another coin.

The bears are still in control of the market and alts are still bleeding out. Most alt are in their good buy-in prices at the moment and it's an opportunity to buy into some good projects because the bull run isn't far from happening.

Don't decide about the future of crypto currencies by short term price charts,the dump and bump is just normal in the crypto currencies so we no need to panic now just hold it this month or the upcoming months may brighter for the bitcoin prices.There is always some reason behind the bumps and dumps the recent bump happens because of ETF hype and when they rejects ETF now again the prices were falling.

Right now most either have taken their funds out and are waiting patiently for the real bottom, or they are in usdt or other safe bets (or waiting it out in btc or alts). I am in alts. My pf is looking more red than ever before. I am not sure when it will go back up again. I started to put less focus on daily movements, but every time it bottoms again I am sad....as I feel it hinders the developments in general sense.

well depending on which altcoin you are looking at the charts can be very logical or very confusing. for example there are small altcoins that got pumped and had their bubbles and their dumps also. which means they have come down to their real prices and for about 3 months now they have been rising instead.
but there are big altcoins that had their pump, went in a bubble but never got dumped. the charts of these altcoins is confusing because you see the drop happening but it seems like there are road blocks slowing its speed down drastically.

This is not the end of crypto. Cryptos are still very young and need more development. But i don't know if one day it will be adopted by the majority of people.

It is necessary for them to experience great developments. I guess there will not be a return this year.

It's pretty good to heard that because I'm waiting for a couple of months to recover again which hungry for earning profits , I believe it will continue for more years to come so make sure to not greedy first in selling coin because we can expect more than of that.

I think the success of this year will not happen, all markets are falling, people who have big funds slowly have left crypto withdraw all assets owned. I am pessimistic there will be no increase until the end of the year, everyone hopes like that but will not happen.

It has not been dead ever since, the dump was actually so threatening since the beggining of the year which is not new, the rising of cryptocurrency now is still within it's attribute and if it falls again is not outside its specifics.  we are expecting to see it rise better at the end of the year.

I don't think crypts will just die, because there are already many countries that use crypto currency payments, up and down is natural in the crypto world, because of its fluctuating nature

In the first place i does not see crypto is dead, the most maybe a big price correction of price in the market and maybe the cause of scams, we still see a substantial value in btc and other coins just that their value diminish.

I think we'll continue to see bitcoin dominance well into 2019 due to the 1yr lock up periods from 2018. We'll see funds attempt to liquidate their holdings, and when this happens the market will continue trending downwards.

This is not the end of everything in the world of crypto.
Lately, we know that graphics are confusing but I think when bitcoin pump lots of altcoin holders are panic sell and switch on bitcoin. and vice versa, they will invest in altcoin and leave bitcoin by selling its assets. hence from now pump and dump still often happen.

Just because we are down 70% from the ATH, everyone keeps forgetting that we are still up massively compared to where we were last year. Crypto didn't die. It went through a boom and bust cycle. The next one could be this year or years from now. The thing that concerns me is that crypto hasn't been made any more practical or any more easily accessible to none techy people.

We had these types of prices like $5k or $8k or what not for a while and than when $20k happened it was there for a quick second and than everything went back to their original prices, maybe this was the bitcoin price all along but someone just hyped bitcoin out of nowhere and people really just went with it and $20k happened but initially who knows maybe it wasn't a proper pricing for bitcoin, at least not yet. So consider the fact that bear market didn't take too long, it was bull market that was too quick.

Well, in my opinion, crypto is not dead at all (maybe for media as BTC is not attacking its ATH right now). Crypto has shown itself to the world though. The attention of masses is important, but as people are not willing to join the risky and unstable market, it might seem like crypto is dead. On the other hand, this is not a bad situation for developers as they have got plenty of time to focus on their projects rather than rush for quick money. I've never think it would be an indication of becoming dead.  May some corrections or purely  price fluctuations happens in the market now. Come on man just because they dropped from ATH to 50% in negative line doesnt mean that they are dead. The real fact is that, crypto currencies are already too much hyped since the time they have started. Take simple example of bitcoin which is already 5000% higher than what it has started in early days. So what makes you think that -50% in the current market is bad or making them dead anyway?

got a few days ago was indeed to be green, but in reality this time exactly the opposite. Because crypto is the longer I see increasingly fraught with mystery alone. Prices in the market have been unable to predict again. We just follow that are on the market.

After some days, I only see most reds everywhere on the market. I think that the cryptocurrency is not back from the dead yet. they are still struggling from this dead market, this bear market. The prices are still slowly down and down every day.

Personally, I do not think that even if they fall a bit more in August, it's the end. They are cycles and now perhaps we are not in one of the best. I don't really agree with this statement, Hodler is someone who decided to hodl their tokens for a very long time, hodler doesn't mean holding for few months or just one year, hodler is someone who can hodl for as long as five years, think about bitcoin and ethereum from their creation time till now and check how much it return for people who hodl it and check the number of years it took, for me a hodler is someone who can hodl for like 5 years, so if you are hodling for 5 years, you won't be bothered with the current prices.

If you believe cryptocurrency is the future and in the same sentence you are refuting your believe by saying if the cryptocurrency do not increase,  or is signal of the end of cryptocurrency,  who does that.  You can not believe in cryptocurrency because of fiat price.  The technology behind cryptocurrency is better and more promising than anything we have ever seeing before!

I think that manipulators make good money on such waves. $ 12000-6000-10000-5800-8500. They benefit that the price goes in this range, because they know where it will stop and turn around. I do not count on the rapid growth, maybe closer to the end of the year.

Well, many people were in this marketplace thought for a moment that all the investment of there is just wiped away. But the market is very established right now and day by day its come to the normal situations. See all the people of this marketplace who are very anxious about their precious investment.

There was a certain time when this marketplace gives them tons of money but seeing the falling of this market that was a very terrible thing to see for every single investor of this marketplace. There are lots of cryptocurrencies who cant survive the failure. There are many coins still in the marketplace who are still surviving for their existing. Now the time of crypto is changed it's just back from its the worst part in this era.so stay cool.

What I noticed is that the crypto currency has not died, but it still needs improvement in the community. Indeed, seeing this chart is very alarming but still has a value that is not too low, so it is still safe for current conditions.

According the statistics crypto should show growing in the end of this year. But tell the truth I don't believe in it. I think that price stay near 10 000 in december because I don't see any good news about crypto.

Market is Volatile, it is unpredictable, no one know what to become on the market about Bitcoin, the growing awareness brought about by news create a lot more possible investment for crypto. Hopefully this month should start pumping up so that by end if this year already reaching $20k. According to the market expert that's the target mark price of bitcoin. Although that is still questionable due to plenty issues such as; trust and security, adoption by government and negative news. We just keep on hoping it will be resolve soon.

It was not that long ago that Bitcoin was trading at 1000 USD. To call it dead at a price between 6 and 7K USD would be kind of strange. Compared to ALTs Bitcoin has been rock solid. I agree with you. But ether and bitcoin are very reliable. With other coins more risk, but it means that they can be obtained and much more profit. Because where there is a big risk there is more opportunity to get good money.

Crypto were never dead on first place. Dips like that are not unusual, and we should be prepared for them.
And we are not sure that everything is over, wait couple of days and will see if the market is heading towards recovering or not.

I don't think we can say that cryptos are resurrecting, because for me at least, It was never dead, always these periods of recession are predictable when there is a bull run as massive as last year one, cryptos are just recovering and I think it will last a while until the price can be regulated again.

The cryptocurrency will never die even though the Bitcoin price returns to the price of 1 USD.
Still, it makes Bitcoin worth the price, and I'm sure many also buy Bitcoin at that price.

I did see that the market is starting to green. This might be a sign that crypto has risen. Finally now start back again as before. the market is starting to show improvement.

even Mike Novogratz have called the bottom, what do you mean by saying it is not over. I am pretty sure we will slowly and steadily move upwards from here. Now we will see other bull markets (like stocks) change into bear markets.

but the word come back from dead is not a good thing to read.
we all know that crypto never died, it will continue to live in our lives forever.
this will be the future currency of the world in every country.
