What does 'Not yet redeemed' status on block explorer means?

Means not yet spent. While in this status, the entire public key of the address is not available.

I made transfer 84k DOGE to coins-e and money are in 'Not yet redeemed' status.

I know that currently coins-e has dogecoin deposit issues.
Is it possible to return these money back to pool while they are not spent?

No, Its gone forever, What happens in the blockchain, Stays in the blockchain.
