There was a well established raffle site that closed down a while back. The site was great but it’s possible that there just wasn’t enough interest. The site was great but it’s possible that there just wasn’t enough interest. A feature that is packaged on the site must be interesting, it must be different from the other lottery sites. The only reason why I know a bit about this, is because I had some legal issues with something similar and I dealt with some lawyers about this. You should seriously consider talking to a lawyer before you do this, because you can get into a lot of trouble, if you do this wrong.
