Beware of btctrade.im, I have my account perfectly verified, can transfer to them, can trade, but when you try to withdraw, you can't do it. Try to talk to support in their web and you don't get any response. I tried to talk support in facebook, telegram, via email, and nobody answers. After put my message on Bitcointalk, they cancel my withdraws, and now they say I can't withdraw, they say I need to trade to another coin, Unfortunately, it appears that's their way of earning more from the trading fees (a dishonest exchange that makes excuses):- Warning: Do not trade with btctrade.im (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3476997.0) On a side note: Only use well known exchanges. |
