I think that few say if they actually buy a coin but the time is this because it can go back to increasing the value of it at any moment (@ $319.48/ETH)

Why do you think only ETH will go up and other coins will not do?

Your title says news so I thought you got some information about why ETH can go up but didn't find any reason it in your post.

Currently, the market is going down or it is range bound so not sure whether ETH only can start moving up. I believe it may not happen in 2018 but to change market mood it may need more time.

Depend on what? don't you see market situation right now. At this time doing trading/ investment activity is bad decisions, market will not support it and your money will stuck in long term period. Every coins have future but enter to buy/ sell is important, with out that you'll bankrupt. Think again before doing something, even good strategy it will fail in this situation.

you must reason that support your opinion.without any fundamental that support your statement,  i think you just gambling with current condition.market now very unstable,and ethereum price keep moves down, we need confirmation from technical or fundamental analisys before make decision.

Unless they change their transaction speed and solve issues of clogs, there is very rare possibility that ETH will go up.

Indeed that is true but it doesnt mean that we should not be investing into the ETH right away. The ETH is very subtle platform and Vitalik must be having some plans for the future. Two months ago they did publish the notice that ETH platform is going to scale up the platform and there will be more speed to the traction per seconds. I guess unless and until the time doesn't come when this upgrade occurs then we cant see ETH rising but one thing is sure it will happen sooner or later. So my advise would be to get into the ETH no matter what current situation is.

For now it looks like ETH is under bad reputation and we must be putting our steps very carefully. ETH can be potential investment now but looking at the current performance of ETH it looks very dangerous investment. It has not come to the point where it started back in the time. It might be good but not good with what other altcoins and platform has to offer to us. There are more good option and far better opportunity so who can tell whether ETH is good or not.

Do you think Ethereum is bad reputation it is your fault because all the cryptocurrencies are down in the market so you may consider the bad reputation but still most of the new projects are follow the Ethereum smart contract.
May be Ethereum is the best potential investment in long term because I believe the Ethereum technology.

Ethereum is going to appreciate in future and we are not going to lose if we invest now.  Many of us has been buying at the wrong time but I think Ethereum  may not go below $300 before another pumpping.  

Their should be some solid backings on your statement. Etherum has always been a good investment and seeing it at this price is a good investment to make. Its good to accumulate etherum now and hold it for the long term as the price would surely rebound and make new highs
