Title: I have not received usd deposit in my BTC-e account

I made a bank transfer (about $ 7000) 10 days ago in BTC-E, but money is not there yet in my account. I sent all necessary documents - ID, bank notes and more.

Is it just with me or you too?

Already asked their support, but they don't respond  >:( >:( >:( >:(

I contacted my bank and they ordered an investigation. I had a response saying the funds had been deposited 8 day ago, but I have not received my deposit in my BTC-e account yet  ???
If anyone else had a similar problem, let me share how things have evolved.

Can you please get support to urgently look at Ticket ID: #CQJ-715-46919?

I contacted my bank and they ordered an investigation. I had a response saying the funds had been deposited 8 day ago, but I have not received my deposit in my BTC-e account yet  ???
If anyone else had a similar problem, let me share how things have evolved.

I didn't think they accepted transfers from the US.

My bank return my money back, I do not know where is the problem  :-\
