Now , i delete all post about that project in bitcointalk, facebook and twitter. So, how to remove the red alert in my Trust. I really need help right now !

Pretty much the only thing you could probably do is to message him/her and ask for a consideration, and that you already removed the post. If he/she doesn't want to remove it, then there's probably nothing that you can do.

Some managers, even they have reputations are lazy to double check whether a project is good or not. You're responsible for your own decision.
