Title: What do you think about NEM?
Post by: aleksnutis on August 16, 2018, 08:02:21 AM
For a long time I want to buy this asset, the more so the price is very attractive.
Are NEM's capabilities in demand now and in the future?
The only thing that confuses me is the small trading volume among the top 20 (not including tezos)

NEM is at the top 20 of the list and this is doing better. It will be a good choice to invest in NEM, since it is in a good place.

With such a short amount of time, NEM has achieved a lot of success and is going quite good in the market. If you want to invest on it, do not hesitate, go for it.

On the pros side, NEM has had its separate blockchain from the start. It has a solid technical foundation (built in C++ and java totally from scratch).

The only thing that confuses me is the small trading volume among the top 20 (not including tezos)

Not overly large liquidity can mean two things, either the holders are confident it NEM's future and are not interesting in selling, or the demand is low. Low demand can also leave some room for future expansion if or when NEM becomes more popular. On the cons side, they have bad marketing and no real business collaborations. All in all, hard to give a definitive judgement, but this is one of the crypto-currencies one should keep an eye on.

NEM is an amazing investment. I've seen them in action in our local markets and can confirm that they are very active in promoting not just their coins but all cryptocurrencies in general. They regularly have blockchain meetups and hackathons and i believe this is a great way to attract people and gain mass adoption.

I like NEM's marketing strategy and believe they can achieve a great many things.

NEM? or the coin is XEM
It is very nice. they have attractive long-term projects. by providing their own wallet site (without having to convert to eth), they do a good strategy with profit that can be generated from the deposit.
I like their project.

I would put the majority of my money into bitcoin and eth.  There are too many coins right now and a lot of competition. Nem looks decent, but the low volume is concerning and the fact that all alts have taken a brutal beating.  Your fine leaving some money int NEM but keep a large portion of your money in stable well known coins.

I am not sure about the future of it but i wish i was here and joined the airdrop when it happened.

About investing i think make your own investigation and act on it.

I think in these altcoins there are altcoin holders who move in the team's dump pum and this is very dangerous for a small investor because they can lose a lot of the money they invest in the altcoin.

Previously, I liked the NEM project and I even invested in it. But after the theft of a large number of coins on the exchange, the project disappointed me. They promised to prevent the sale of stolen coins, but did nothing. Thus, the price of the coin fell dramatically. And now the development of the project seems to be frozen! From the developers there is no good news, the Comsa project has long had to work, but this does not happen. Perhaps in the future the project will return the lost positions, but I hardly believe it. :'(

This is one of my favorite tokens to invest beside BTC and ETH. Although NEM's prices have fallen sharply from the peak, I believe with its potential token, it will soon recover. Although it dropped a lot, it remained in the TOP 20 token with the largest market cap. If you have spare money, you can invest more in it, the current price is very good to buy.

I have nothing bad for the NEM project, because I think that with him very much can happen in the near future because before the correction, as far as I remember, the project had big plans for organizing a large marketing platform.

NEM is a cool project,NEM is one of the few platforms offering enterprise solutions to business, unlike other cryptos, it does not attempt to fight centralization and the status quo, rather, it wants to offer a solution to businesses looking to integrate blockchain to their operations.I believe NEM has a bright future.

Now is the time to buy a promising cryptocurrency NEM. That is, it makes sense to buy a coin at a low price now and put them into circulation when the rate reaches its peak.
The minimum investment horizon in NEM is approximately one year. That is, fans of the scheme "quickly bought - quickly sold - earned on the difference" it is better to choose another cryptocurrency.

NEM has already been through many obstacles and now it's placing itself to be one of the best platform for token after Ethereum. Though NEO, waves or EOS was widely hyped, I've seen NEM holds the second position when it comes about counting the number of tokens issued on the platform of each coins.

After bitcoin, crypto investors are turning for NEM and even though all the “scandal” about the loss of US$ 400 million NEM’S currency on coincheck, one of Japan’s biggest digital exchanges, its finally close to seeing a revival of its numbers in the currency market which means that we may see a consistent comeback on the next days.

There are a lot of alternate cryptocurrencies but there are only few coin that has a potential. You need to determine everything about the coin including the team, the community, the plan, the project, the whitepaper and the roadmap of the coin. You need to determine it all so you can know of the coin has a potential to become more useful in our daily life. Always do your own research.

NEM is in my list of investment since long time, I lost my interest on NEM when on of the upcoming ICO called family<.>io got stopped due to regulation back in Feb 2018 which was supposed to launch on NEM blockchain. Well NEM have one of the largest blockchain center in Singapore and they are progressing very slowly & I think NEM can be a good investment for longer run.

I think that NEM is in itself a good technology, the problem is that the marketing is not going the right way and more tokens need to be launched into the platform.

It’s a blockchaing that built based on modern programming language, smart assets rather than smart contracts, aimed at commercial use with both of private and public networks. These are few reasons why I like it.

I thing NEM is a sleeping giant because of the tech and development behind it. Now it’s not a demanding coin like other crypto but I think when its latest and greatest update released it’ll lead to developing marketing resources.

Well, as an investment, I can hardly tell. I'm usually not that good with speculative investments.

However, NEM has something built in, that I really like. It's called POI - Proof of Importance. This is similar to POS, Proof of Stake, but with the difference that not the big coin hoarders gets rewarded, but the ones actually using the coins.
Other than that, NEM sounds good, easy and fast transactions. And something interesting: Venezuela's Petro, the first national cryptocurrency, is built on NEM.

NEM is interesting because it has been in the top ranks.  However, there are so many other coin projects that it is hard to know how relevant NEM can remain.  There is a long and ongoing battle in crypto and it is bigger than it ever has been.  I know a lot of real people leading coin projects and putting their heart and soul into it. People are paying people real salaries or wages to do real work.  Crypto is more legitimate now than it ever has been and it has brought a large crowd of business-minded developers which also means a lot of competition.

As long as NEM sticks to being useful to customers then people will want it and compete for it.

Greatly explained about the NEM in the project here. However the worth of the coin is not even grow over the 1 USD also.

I am looking for the project but price is the matter when we are taking to the marketplace value grow along with our investment on the money mate.

Personally I have belief on this coin it will grow better in the market for sure.

Didn't studied well fundamentals of the NEM. But. I found NEW down around over 90% in the All-time high. If we see others coins like BTC then they down like around 60% from all time high. From the chart I don't convince to invest you are sure about its development in the future can go for it.

NEM is a business-level solution to boost the blockchain economy to a standstill. NEM offers a really impressive system. It promises to be a big player in the blockchain power economy coming here. Easy to develop, flexible and unique PoI system, all make NEM a very attractive platform for any developer or company looking for a blockchain solution.

NEM has many new features and upgrades compared to blockchain technology. NEM coin used primarily on this platform is still not widely accepted by many companies. However, its value has increased significantly in the short term, and speculators predicted NEM to continue to grow.

NEM - Crypto does not yet come out on the big stage. Perfectly developed payment platform technology. For the development of coins, it is necessary to act more aggressively in competition for the etherium in order to push it from the market of ICO.

About NEM, you can only say good things, except for the activity of the team to promote NEM as a platform for ICO. With a properly conducted marketing strategy, NEM could rightfully be on the same level with the etherium. However, time is lost, you need to apply even more effort.

People will always say whatever they want to say as long as it is what they have in mind anyway, but that does not stop the market from doing what it has to do in the long run even at that. This is usually the main reason why some people would always benefit in the long term growth of a project they have always believed and some would wish they had join right from the start.

It is just what it is and there is nothing we can do to change that part of people. NEM like you said is an interesting project and when the whole market develops the more, I believe we should see some development with this as well.

Nonetheless, looking at how competitive the smart contract space is, the devs will need to keep thinking of ways to come out with something out of the box to drive in investors.

One of the most stable coins from the top 20 is NEM. This is a high transaction rate platform. He can conduct ICO projects on his platform. NEM has an open system, so you can always track cash flow. Therefore, it is not possible to finance terrorism or launder money using NEM. It can be integrated into the traditional financial sector, for example, for accounting. It works 3 times faster than the Visa payment system. As a result, it can become a global cryptocurrency for all mankind.

I'm sorry, but nem is becoming less attractive to me. I invested in it more than a year ago and didn't sell even at its peak, but now the price is much lower. Mb, I'll be an eternal investor in this coin. If you wanna purchase nem, buy a small number of coins. Perhaps, the rise is ahead!
