What are the reason behind Bitcoin and whole crypto market fall.
Is this SCAMS or SPECULATIONS???

Few days back I read news about a big Bitcoin scam busted in Gujarat state of India.Its approximately $314B( INR 22000 Crore).
Also every day news came from different parts of world about same kind of scams.Are these scams also responsible for crypto market fall and halt growth of this new technology???

Thanks for the discussion.I just want to clear few points that I never call Bitcoin a scam.I am just highlighting a news published in a top most news paper of my country.Bitcoin is used to scam people by BitConnect.Latest update about this scam is much more money involved.
From that news following points came into light:

1) A big chunk of money disappear from market because scammer run with that money.
2) The investors who already invested never think or maybe hesitate to invest again.New investors if came across this news try to avoid this market.
3) Because of these kinds of scams RBI and Govt. of India try to restrict transactions related this market which intern affect this market.
I read same kind of scam cases came into light from different countries like Indonesia, Malaysia,Thailand, Japan, Canada UK etc....

I also read a news that many prominent crypto exchanges and crypto personalities joining hands to ride out these kind of scams.I hope they will succeed in their mission.

More over this post is not to panic any one but to discuss and spread awareness about this new market.

I'm not that knowledgeable about those scams or whatever you found or out there that proves to be but I read somewhere that a lot of companies have gone to investing in bitcoin that is why bitcoin rose suddenly a month ago by +$700-$800 than the price now. As for my opinion of the continuous declining of bitcoin price, may be because those companies that invested decided to back out because they got some profit or they needed the funds or something similar. But these are only my opinion, I may be wrong and I'm open to any other opinions.

bitcoin and other crypto must be scams everyone knows it. The reason for the market decline is that it has increased too much by the end of 2017 so the correction is indispensable. This has happened many times before and after each such it grows stronger. This time it is no exception that it will recover and grow strongly in the future

I can hardly believe the news that people give, there is so much information that I can not know the news is reliable, so I always hold my BTC until the price increases again.

Neither scam nor speculation, I believe that after ETFs are approved (ever), Bitcoins will be dominating the whole market at an extremely out-of-reach level which none of the alts might be able to achieve. The reason for Bitcoins' fall was, Bitcoin grew so gradually last year (literally without any reason, but it was all the speed of patience that was held for years before that spike). Considering my analysis over Bitcoins, I can say that every time Bitcoin spiked, it used to come back down to levels that were at least 1/4^th or 1/5^th, I think Bitcoin has already reached its bottom this year and it should carry the rally from now on by taking over the markets with great events coming one by one.


I believe this might be true in a case if those scammers were (ever) able to DUMP Bitcoins over markets.
If things are busted, I believe that their effects would also get over sooner, because everything is clear and Bitcoins are (maybe) under the possession of authorities from that point of time because they might auction those coins or may never let us us, which may then be considered as burnt coins as they won't be coming to the markets as the country (India) is not in favor of crypto (not at least currently).

For me, i think that there are many reasons why bitcoin price drops. First is volatility, means that the price of bitcoin is rapidly changing and its unpredictable to know if its going to increase or decrease. Second is the bad news spreading that affects the supply and demand, because many investors panic sell their bitcoin because they are easily deceived by the news spreading. I suggest that before investing on bitcoin, study first all about bitcoin, for you to have knowledge about it, and for you to know whats best to do when the price drops.

This is just a healthy correction and mt gox also dumped a lot of bitcoins, its nothing to panic over, just be patient and wait till the market picks back up.

I couldn't find any slice piece of news to support that 22000 crore number—all I found was, Congress in India alleges that a major political party used cryptocurrencies (read: bitcoin) for their money laundering (Rs 5000 crore is the reported amount) and called it 'bitcoin scam.' I doubt this would affect the market as we see it now, however. Speculative bubble, regulations, bans, and bad news are the driving force for the market downtrend.

FYI - Coinbase was able to advertise on Google's ad network. I think they're judging on a case by case basis.

Regarding the topic at hand, this is most likely due to a lot of ICO projects cashing out their raised eth for fiat. If I were an ICO project, I would cash a good chunk if it out for bitcoin or fiat in order to reduce my exposure to volatility risk.

I think we'll see this well into 2019 as well.

You want the technicals, the fundamentals, or the conspiracies?
From the technical point we have reached the top at 20k and stopped there forming a double top, which should be a sell signal. A dcorection was long due, so we were supposed to go to at least half of the slope, which was 10k. There was a chance to defend it but we had some Korean exchanges hacked, Binance kicked out of Japan, bans in India, and so it went...

Fundamentals are calling for a bounce back with lightning network expanding, CBOE launching an ETF, and many other things, but the decision was postponed which caused the recent crash (IMO it was a completely dumb and emotional reaction from the market).

Conspiracies? Too many and too irrelevant to waste time explaining.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge here.I am from India and I came across two scams through news published in renowned newspapers  related to Bitcoin where investors put their money and some scammers because of greed fled from country with investors money and profit.These kind of scams force Reserve Bank of India to ban all financial institutions like banks to stop transactions related to cryptocurrencies.There were officially half million investors invested in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies according to taxation department of India.So a ban definitely shatter this market.
Few days back as I mentioned above in Gujarat(India) a big scam by Bit Connect came in to light.Amount of money is big but only few people complaint about it because most of the money is black.
Bitcoin or technology behind it is not responsible but the greedy people who want to run with hard earned money of investors responsible for unrest in crypto market.

Is technical and fundamental analysis work at this stage of cryptocurrency market like it works in forex and stocks markets???

yes no need to explain conspiracies but how about scams??? Because of scams mostly investors changing their minds to enter crypto market now.Its only my opinion as I read all through news.Also scams through crypto are very easy due to lack of regulations.

Buyers are waiting for a favorable situation to enter the market, and jumps in the price do not give them confidence in the correctness of the moment. Therefore, for now, it is not worth waiting for growth.

There is also a factor like what op said that scams and  speculations, but i don't think it is the main reason, even thou there are scams , cryptocurrency is still online, the problem i see and i know, is, that supporters from time to time are getting less,  and by basing on selling bitcoin in the market causes it's value to decrease,  going back to basic about law of demand of supply can help us understand what could be the cause of the problem we encounted as of now.  

It's part of the business that needs correction and this is normal. Although it's a bad timing as we expect that this will run as same as last year but it happens in opposite. Better to hold for next bull run.

IMO fundamentals are the leading factor. You can see how important they are when they start overpowering the technicals. For instance, we had a huge bullish sign on August 27th with that dump attempt that was immediately bought by the bulls. Without any news the TA would clearly show that we're on a way up, but instead we went down with the news about ETF decision being postponed. This was a nice example of the fundamentals overpowering the technicals.

What scams in particular? There were no huge Bitcoin scams for a while. There were some hacks, for instance that Korean exchange a couple months back, but those guys were as careless as you can be with multiple hoot wallets on auto withdrawal with no supervision. If you are smart you have 80-90% of your money on cold wallets, even if it makes people wait a bit longer. If you keep all your money on hot wallets you have to be a moron.
Last thing, scams in the altcoin sphere don't affect BTC, it's the other way round.

I don't count in the ETF ever passing. The only hope is that the tight relationship between the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the SEC will be able to create a climate of understanding between parties involved instead of having a bureaucratic war in which some want it done but others think it's a scam and BTC should be banned outright immediately 8We already had such views in the previous hearing).

Bitcoin can go to ATH without an ETF. We really don't need it. Altcoins are a non issue because none have solved the byzantine generals problem in a way that can outdo the security of the Bitcoin network, so there is no reason to fear flippenings of any kind.

The only thing you can do is keep stacking and wait for the rest of the market to align within the new reality, being that Bitcoin will not go anywhere, and your wealth will be increasingly at risk outside of it.

At some point owning 0 BTC will have more risks than owning 1 BTC, and I believe we have already reached that point of inflection for a while, the rest of the world just need to realize this fact, then we'll be at $100k+ in no time.

Crypto Fall? you can't name every short term correction as a Crypto fall and by the way right now the current price of the Bitcoin is trading some way near at $8500 in the Zebpay exchange and around $6500 in other Crypto Exchanges.The fall of crypto may be because of delaying of ETF's in the Cryptocurrency market.

 Right now infact there is a big money to be made even in this fall using the Arbitrage trading method and you can use arbitrage trading to gain atleast $2000 to $3000 in a very easy manner.

I don't think because of that, fraud might have a negative impact but it's only a small part.
Regarding the falling price of bitcoin, there must be something behind it, and my hunch is that when it's all done by the mafia, who buy bitcoin on a large scale when the price goes down.

I think there's many reasons behind crypto market fall. Here's some reasons;
Many people bought into Bitcoin because of the peaking market and did not want to miss out on the chance to make a lot of money.
New investors began to panic sell causing the markets to dip.
The Wall Street Journal released an article about the price fixing investigation that caused a major sell-off.

Here's some reasons why crypto market fall;
The governments trying to take control and legalise crypto market with necessary changes, things will get better once the SEC ETF passes on September 30 or even earlier.

A lot of recent news including exchange hacks and cryptocurrency being stolen has led to some uncertainty and wavering in price.

Just a news from one country cannot affect the valuation in such a manner. 2-3 more simultaneous news have made the difference. Also, bubble speculation and over price claim might have sparked a sell-off again. We can say it as a correction as well, but such frequent correction is not so healthy and might fear the newcomers.

There are many news about encrypting the world every day. I don't think that's the reason why Bitcoin has fallen. The most direct reason is that no new investors have entered the market.

I want to believe what we experience in the market currently is effect of the SEC and ETF approval hanging as no one knows the path the final decision will go.... Also most ICO projects are cashing as ICO market isn't booming as it was last (2017), which caused the terrible crash in price of Ethereum.

The decline of bitcoin took place due to the scantily sale of bitcoin and this shortage of sale is due to the lack of trust of newbie investors that they have on bitcoin due to its volatility and also because of the scams that involve bitcoin.If the companies will not take serous actions then it will not possible to recover the preceding stage o bitcoin rates and loss will also no longer recovered.

I agree with you that Bitcoin will recover and begin to grow. But the fact that the price drop is a correction is not true, because the correction can not be 70%. This is the manipulation of the market and the artificial lowering of prices, as well as the shifted balance on the exchanges toward supply. With the increase in orders for the purchase of Bitcoin, the price increase will be more noticeable.

The reason is simple the price fall is as a result of the low demands for cryptocurrency because the crypto market operate on demands and supply so once the demands are affected the price change will follow and due to this volatility nature the bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency is depending on demands.

Negative speculations, rumour, fake news, banning, not regulated and what a view has contributed greatly to the continuous fall in price of bitcoin. I believe if bitcoin managers can work around the above listed the price will be stabilized and the market will turn green

there have been many fraudulent news like that, but in my opinion this is not the main cause of the current market crash. many speculators play in exchange markets that want bitcoin prices to fall, maybe like the annual cycle of bitcoin that will fall before experiencing a sharp increase  ;D

I think the current drop is a result of the fact that postponed consideration of ETF. it is logical, such serious things are not accepted from the first time

This are the reasons why people or the users tend to panic then sell there investment because of the fear that bitcoin will not rise again. And also there are fake news that are spreading in which those are just false accusations about bitcoin. This should be prevented. That is why maybe the newbies are afraid to start with bitcoin. But then, if you enter in crypto currency you need to be smart enough to understand things that happened like this. Bitcoin will not disappoint us.

Yes, the cause of the price of bitcoin dropped dramatically is sell panic and manipulation. Bitcoin theft is included in the sell panic, because the perpetrators are sure to sell all of the stolen bitcoin.

Do we really need to be worried about the every movement that the Bitcoin price does? We are investing our money on a volatile cryptocurrency so we don't really need to be worried about it every single minute. With a lot of users and investors all over the world, that is common for Bitcoin to have a quick price change in a shirt period of time.

If the market were to fall, it might eventually be due less to scams and more to hacking. I think if there's anything that can kill a market that exists purely based on speculation, it would be the continued inability to protect investments from hacking.

Market in crypto currency and any other online trading trends on news sentiments and that is why they are all call speculative market. Any news that come out always affect the market which can be for bear to carry the day or for bull to rally up. It all depend on whether the news is a positive or negative one. Over the few days there have been news that are not to good for the crypto example the ETF postponement, Saudi Arabia news and the India news they all contributed to what was noticed in the market.

Scams is not the reason why bitcoins price will fall, the reason why bitcoins price fall down because of the market demand. I really believe that bitcoin will not be affected on such scams issues. However, there are some issues can affect it's price such as negative news about bitcoin been banned or bitcoin been hacked. This issues i think can affect it because of security issues and adoption of countries in terms of uses of bitcoin.

I am talking about the scams going around like I mentioned one here about my country.I am giving here 2 examples.
1) One person Mr Amit Bhardwaj was in news with a Approx $28B scam.He first attracted investors to invest in his Bitcoin mining system when price of Bitcoin was $1000 or maybe less and he promised monthly return.He did it with properly register companies in his name and partner with some chines people.When price of Bitcoin rise above $15000, he fled with whole amount of Bitcoins and later arrested somewhere.Now he is saying that he is ready to repay investor's investment and not the profit.But investors are not ready for that.Case is pending now.
From above case I just want to shed light on these kind of scams where some smart criminal or greedy kind of people fled with investors money.If they get arrested fine but this really impact the further growth of crypto market, because new investors or the old one avoid to invest again which means less liquidity and trust of market and last market turn slow or boring.
2) Second case I mentioned in my first post which is bigger than above one where a newcomer Bitconnect run with investment of billions of dollars from a single state of my country.
Overall I think these kind of scams definitely discourage investors to enter in this crypto market.

I think the investors are on panic selling, that is why the supply and demand reduces because they back out. That is just my opinion. But for me it is natural that the price sometise high and then low or worst very low, for no reason, they have term on that but i forgot.

No, I am not calling Bitcoin a scam but I am highlighting people doing scams using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, organising ICO with an intension to scam people around world through crowdfunding, attracting investors to invest in Bitcoin and other mineable altcoins and then suddenly fled with investor's hard earned money.

I can't say or predict the causes of it but i believe one of the reasons is cause by FUD and those spreading fake news to make btc down just because they dont  like btc.

Maybe you have the truth. But in my opinion it's not just that the bitcoin factor is falling. In my opinion because it is caused by requests from traders or investors that have been reduced. This can make bitcoin prices fall.

Nobody is scam about this. Maybe this is a HALVING factor. Bitcoin does have its own season. And he doesn't keep going down. I predict the price will touch US $ 20,000 by 2020. (Just a guess)

Bitcoin or its founders are not scammers but now some people around world making use of Bitcoin or many altcoins for scamming innocent people.They do it either through crowdfunding or mining of Bitcoin and many more Ponzi scheme.A person or investor who got scammed through it rarely think about reinvestment and when scams came into light many more who willing to enter this new market step back.This whole thing halt the progress of crypto market and new technology.

Cryptocurrency is a virtual volatile currency so up and down in its price is not a big deal. It is a decentralised currency because of this their always show irregularity in its production and distribution and this thing affects its price. When a country ban its trading in their country then also its price falls down. Many time the negative news shows by media is the reason behind its falling market price. Cryptocurrency has no stable base and also run in a complex algorithm because of this many people did not believe it and some time many people consider it as a bubble. This type thing also affects its price.

I don't think the market fell due to scams or anything of that nature.  I think it is being manipulated by large entities that are attempting to accumulate at these low prices.  It matches up perfectly with the price action of the last few weeks. 

ETF is one of the reason, its rejection is not good.
hackers are one of the reason why bitcoin is getting weak also, but most importantly the people of the world and its holder is the main reason.

I did not hear about the particular scam upon mentioned. A scam involving such a huge amount of money should be heard almost everywhere.
I guess that what is responsible for the fall in the price of Bitcoin is the attraction of several new investors to it owing to the last year's ATH. Once many of them made gain and pulled out, the price started crashing.

I am not aware of many scams out there but I think it is somehow related to the downfall of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. The major dump of bitcoin is probably due to price manipulation. We all know that there are powerful individuals in the market,they are so called whales which are the huge market players. They can manipulate the price of a coin using their wealth for their own profits.

Good question. This is very helpful to all crypto workers. Especially at this moment. Everybody knows the market is in a very bad situation. But they didn't know what are the reasons for that situation. My idea is step by step BTC drops downwards. So most of BTC holders and BTC investors are really scared of this condition. So holders are selling all BTC and inventors are stopping make investments in the Bitcoin. So Bitcoin down. I think these are the main two reasons for that situation.

I don't think, scam like this is responsible for the falling of BTC price. It's a digital currency scam like gujrat issue is happening everywhere. Actually lac of confidence among people is the main reason. If people can feather confidence then price will move forward.

Cryptocurrency market rate are not predictable. It continously changes. Their are many reason behind its falling price. Some of its important reason are irregular in its production and distribution. I keep telling people that it's all a whale manipulation imo. The whales are playing with the poor souls and acquiring more cheap bitcoins while everyone is panicking. Why do you pay attention to bad news? Or why do you think it's bad news? Anti-advertising is also advertising. And the fact that stealing bitcoin or kryptonite, it suggests that bitcoin is very interesting to many people.

I am discussing the possible outcomes and reasons why Reserve Bank of India banned cryptocurrency trading etc in India.Its not the case of stealing its case of fraud.There is difference between scam/fraud and stealing.Scams/frauds create negative views within mind of potential investors and they think many times before risking their money.
Its human nature that we all at least pay attention to such news etc.

Easy, word got around of the easy money being made...a bunch of retail investors got it, especially in $XRP...long time bag holders sold at the top leaving the newbies holding their bags. A lot of people were burned, people took out huge loans to get in, they are also rekt at the moment.
Organic growth maybe in the works. Who knows.

There are multiple reasons why the Bitcoin/Cryptomarket fell this year:

• Over $60billion was taken off the market in 24 hours

Like in any stock market, when a lot of holders sell, other people tend to follow reducing the price.

• China and India threatens with tougher regulation for cryptos

The future is uncertain for those two countries in this matter, we will have to see what they are planning to do next. It would be no surprise if China figure out how to something to favor their own Coin.

• Major banks banned the use of credit cards for buying Cryptocurrency

Banks like U.K. lender Lloyds Banking Group, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America and Citigroup adopted the measure. We have yet to see if more banks will follow.

It all depends on the nature of the news. If majority is positive, people assume it to be a start of somethiing --probably a bull run-- otherwise the market dumps because of the FUD created by it. It might also be possible that whales are conniving and deliberately crashing the market to accumulate cheap coins.

Its natural if the price of bitcoin and cryptomarket fall to be balanced because bitcoin can't bitcoin is always in the top it need to fall to balance. Don't panic if the price fall its normal wait until the price go back with stronger price.

every two years there is a sharp increase in bitcoin and the entire crypto market! there is no eternal growth and there is no eternal fall! on this it was predictable that after the growth in December, the market will fall!

There are main reason behind this fall can the lack of coins in working condition.According one survey within top 100 coins only 36% coins are in working condition and that shows the inability of coins to build their trust on investors.

The main reason is the small scale of the market. That is why it is unstable and can be easily destabilized. Therefore, large manipulators keep it at a low level to buy a lot of bitcoins and other reliable coins at a low price.

This  negative news coming from different countries is one reason why crypto market fall because most people are relying on  what they heard on media so most investors are discouraged to invest in bitcoin because they are  also afraid to be scam.

I don't think it will take very long to reach a new all time high, my prediction is 25k by the end of this year.  You would have to be a fool to sell at these cheap prices, whales are playing with us right now.   We have seen this situation play out time after time.  Whales bring the price up, dump, then keep repeating the cycle.  Right now they are in the accumulation stage before the next big pump.

Their are some reason which justify why bitcoin price falling down. First of all bitcoin is a virtual decentralised currency. Scam? What do you mean? I guess it is speculations, because I see micro fallings and bitcoin don't go under 6200.

It is falling i think its because of the panic sellers,the spreading FUDS of bitcoin that make other countries to unaccept bitcoin in their place.Continous drops also caused from big whales that manipulates the market through the coins that theyre holding.

    All i know only demand and supply affect the changes of price of one goods or profucts. Bitcoin i think facing any correction in the market at this moment but it will soon rise higher again.Just stay positive to earn more.

yes, crypto fraud has become one of the reasons the bitcoin market crashed, high sales and low purchases are also factors that make the crypto market destroyed.

so, I think that market conditions today are influenced by negative factors that make bitcoin fall drasatically.

Those negativities had caused us a lot of troubles, and if you analyze the scenario that had been poisoned every persons mind they've been manipulated deeply. This has been put a lot of traders to be panic at any certain aspects that could pull down the market as well. If the whales will not help us this coming months, I don't think that the market will recover fast as we have expected but the hardest thing for this was volatility caused unpredicatable market.

And until now, it continues to appear random and still results as in the past, the only answer is that someone is controlling the game, they create a background and make people think like you, and what they want to hide is their plan to make money, bitcoin and the market crash is their fault, more precisely, that is what they want

I believe there are many reason for the falling of cryptocurrency in the market.
One of them is the market manipulation. It is possible that someone who bought many coins from dec 2017, dumped their coins in the market.

I think we all are aware with the volatile nature of the crypto currencies and then a part of investment as both these factors plays a very major role in the flactuation of valuation of these currencies and when I was s newbie I have been told that these crypto currencies in which I am investing are very much volatile and thus its valuation keeps on flactuation and varies according to market demand and supply as it was sky high in the last December’s month and started deflating with the beginning of this year so there are again assumptions that it will inflate in coming months of this year.

I think we all are aware with the volatile nature of all the crypto currencies as when I was a newbie I have been told that I have to be very much patience and wise while investing into bitcoin as these currencies are very much volatile in nature so it’s va is subject to flactuation and varies according to market demand and supply and as we all know that the valuation of bitcoin was sky high in the last December’s month and then started deflating with the beginning of this year so being volatile there expected a another pump in the valuation in the next coming months.

In my point of view Bitcoin/cryptomarket fall, the reason is INR transaction ban. but in every market sometime its up and sometimes its down so we cannot say that cryptomarket situation will remain same in future. it might be far better than now, as we can see that in starting when bitcoin was launched what was the situation at that time.so be positive have faith it will surely give a positive result in 2019.

That is the normal price fluctuation of bitcoin. Its value is not affected by bad news. please do not sell your bitcoin now. Maybe they are creating price fluctuations, causing prices to fall and they will buy it at high prices. And I believe that the whale will increase the bitcoin price. Whales will get huge profits. By the end of this year, bitcoin prices could rise sharply. so you should keep your bitcoin.

I think no one can really understand that. I don't. Last 5-6 days the market got bulled and price were high. In my wallet i had like %20 raise. But from last 15 hours i lost like %25 with all my coins. I believe that it is allowed with the money. Big money and coin holders can change the market with buys/sells. The main thig is you have to know exact time to buy and sell. But it is too hard to do it as well..

It's true that some projects were originally scam, while others, initially and intentionally, did not start scam, but later on, they turned out to be scam because of the lack of interest of people in it. Hence, they do not meet their target amount of funds, and its creators choose to go away with the raised fund rather than refunding it to their investors. This scam issues adds up to the speculation issue or the issue of the uncertainty of the value of crypto; thus severing the scenario even more. Crypto patronizers are becoming thinner and thinner; lots and lots are losing faith on it and quitting each day. Only the great risktakers remain and survive. But I always believe that this will all pass. Soon, crypto will be regulated, and speculation will be stopped and scamming will be busted, revealing its real worth to us.

I believe every business has risks and benefits.Bitcoin is unpredictable, volatile and it's price keeps changing that is the reason behind it's fall.

Well this is true, the down side of Bitcoin is the unpredictable nature but one can't really understand or predict why the market is really back.
Early this year folks say it's because of China and USA speculation about not accepting Bitcoin, i will say with a fact that the market will rise whenever it will happen.

Actually l, I don't  call it "fall" because i know that this is just normal. The movement of its price every minute is just normal. Maybe if you ask me reasons behind the unpredictable movement it is maybe because of the users  itself. Each investors wants their suggested price to be bought or sold so that's how it merely increase in a big amount.

For me, I imagine that there are numerous reasons why bitcoin value drops. First is fack news, the panic sells that the cost of bitcoin is quickly changing. Second is the untrust that influences the free market activity and investors sell their bitcoin at the cheaper price. I propose that before putting resources into bitcoin, examine first about bitcoin, for you to know about it, and for you to comprehend what's best to do when the value drops.

For me it would be the fear of some people about anything political or economic that can affect the market and the flw of bitcoins in a certain country or market. because we all know that bitcoin is not yet fully accepted by most governments and companies. so yeah it would be a reason why bitcoin prices falls

Personally,  I think cryptocurrency has not fallen rather the market is not stable.... which is not news by the way.
Although, the instability of the market can be caused by some many factors,  some of which are:
Unfounded rumors,  government interference,  weak hands panic selling at a very low price etc.

The impetus for the fall in the value of virtual money was that the US Securities and Exchange Commission postponed the decision on Bitcoin-ETF - the Bitcoin Exchange Fund. The approval of such funds would mean a wider acceptance of cryptocurrency by the US regulator.

There might be few reasons regarding cryptocurrency market fall like the banning issues and regulatory threats on some countries on crypto itself. Other bad news also bring negative impact to the crypto market such as scam ICOs, postponement of approval of Bitcoin ETF, technical issues on the technology itself such as scalability issue and few others. Well I guess, this would be temporary and the market will recover soon.

Huge pressure on bitcoin makes the price of bitcoin slowly corrected to a realistic price, after making a scene when the end of 2017 touched the price of 19,000 USD. After that the price tends to decline until now in the range of 6,000 USD. I think the price is now good for bitcoin, because it keeps away from speculative attacks that pursue short-term profits, without considering the impact on the future of bitcoin.

  Its an appreciable idea mate, it is difinitely been the issue of cryptomarket downfall. In addition, the lack of demand may also be one of most reasonable issue behind this bearishness, which can affect on bitcoin's collision and all currencies in the world of crypto. We must be very more careful sharing ideas and informations to evade on making a fuss FUD that may lead some people on negative motivation. But we have to show dauntless courage by fighting this battle and claim the great bull run as we aim.

Are there other main reasons behind the high volatility, the spread rumors and the blind and emotional predictions. All these are pulling factors that see to the fall of Bitcoin. My good guess is that people, newbies and whales a like, have unloaded their bitcoins to the market since they've made profit already during the spike of 2017. The price went down to $6,000 now because the this is a break even point for every investor who bought last year.

I don't think this is the end of the crypto market. There are coins like AML BitCoin that are just starting their journey. This coin will make it to the number one spot as this coin cannot be hacked and is compliant with AML and KYC.

Who said Bitcoin has fallen? Bitcoin began as nothing and now selling at $6500. This is a miracle and we should learn to give credit to this revolutionary technology. The movement has never been a smooth upward rise since its inception yet it is making a cumulative rise in price and value gradually.

So 1/4 of the fall is all about market emotion and reaction. I believe large buyers or whales are now silently accumulating. If the market's sentiment is still down, then why the market price doesn't go down even more.

The way I see it, this is just plain market manipulation from whalr holders. Maybe they ask newbies or FUD the newbies to sellout and streak out their bitcoins at a lower price to buy it from them. Eventually, a sacrificial whale will sell their bitcoins at a huge price spike and then the whole crew will start dumping at that price making a profit.

I think it's because there is too many negative news about cryptocurrency in out there that makes people in cryptocurrency become panic and sell their coins. With doing that, I think this makes the price to go down deeper, and as we can see in a few months ago, the market fallen without any chance to increase. But right now, if we check on the market, we can see that the market is trying to rise again, and I think the market will increase higher soon. So we need to be patient and don't sell any coins if we are not making a profit.

It's not fallen in what many people assumptions, as like what you have said those who just got in when the massive pumped happen most of them seen
or assess that it is now falling , but for those who are already here way back this market still progressing, possibilities are early adopters already accumulate enough and they wanted to sell out for profits and buying back for much cheaper value to hold again and wait.

Is this not a game of whales who want drop bitcoin prices to be bought on a large scale to make a big profit in next bull run?
