Title: How many kh/s will Radeon 9550 released in 2003 or 4 do???
Post by: gpucoolingmethod on February 28, 2014, 08:05:25 PM
I have no idea what to do with this hardware. It is old but it is very good and it works excellenty as it should. It can play 480p video sometimes even 720p without lags.It even can have 40+ internet tabs open functioning without problems. For office work or internet it is good enough. You dont anything more powerful to just do that.

But because it is perfectly usable and it wll be just doing nothing I wan to know how much kh/s I can get just for the fun of it.

So how many kh/s?Or what else would you do with it?

The device does not support OpenCL, it is not programmable.

Just for fun, download and run demos made for the Radeon 8500, 9700 and 9800XT. Some are really awesome!

An old video card from 2004 that's useless for anything related to mining?

Build an old XP box, and have some nostalgic fun (http://www.imdb.com/search/title?sort=moviemeter,asc&title_type=game&year=2004,2004)

Side note: It's sad that KOTOR is over 10 years old...
