Title: Problem with a 3x5970
Post by: Wolframio on March 01, 2014, 09:13:54 AM
Hi!

I have a rig with 3 5970 for the LTC mining.

The complete configuration is this:

- Motherboard F2A85-V PRO socket FM2 (http://www.eprice.it/schede-madri-ASUS/d-4622932)

- Silverston 80Plus bronze - 1500 Watt

- 2x2 GB RAM (I have try also with 2x4GB but nothing change...)

- AMD A series A4-5300

The problem is that only 2x5970 are correctly running, but the third one works perfectly in single or with another one.

For discards the power problem i have add 1 other PSU of 1000W but the problem is the same..

I have also bought a riser for the PCIe slot with external alimentation but nothing change!!

CGMiner is set like this:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o ltc-eu.give-me-coins.com:3333 -u Wolframio.1 -p 123 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-fan 100 --temp-cutoff 80 --gpu-engine 800 --gpu-memclock 1000 --shaders 1600 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 1 -v 1 --worksize 256 -I 18 --compact

Sorry for bad english,
thanks for help!  ;)
