With this new method the "developer" doesn't have to create a single line of code. He is just creating a new asset on Ripple which anyone can do. If this new asset becomes tradeable for anything he then can massively sell the worthless coins he created out of nothing. These coins represent a worthless line of data in the ripple ledger, nothing more. Scenario:
