these sides play this tricks always when they won't let you to withdraw..even you never set up the 2FA (they claim that its depend on you own will for security reason blablabla),they automatic switch it on the moment you make withdraw...and then you finally set up the 2FA....sorry...you have to wait 24-72 hours for withdrawing after apply the 2FA...sound familiar? so sorry...i won`t deal with the exchanger that asking real-name verification anymore bc may be next time they will ask you to provide somekind of identity information (may be resident card or passport stuff) to approve your withdrawing.
