Title: How to do a Signature Campaign
Post by: Robust Crypto on September 06, 2018, 12:18:31 PM
Hello everyone!

I would like to know how to start a signature campaign?

We are a group of 5, and 2 of us aren't available yet. I'm in charge of starting a whole new bounty/airdrop program and would like to know how does signature campaigns work.

Is "2 stake a week" universal term? Do I need to check each individual's accounts to see if they didn't cheat? And so on

Thank you for your time!

Nope. Some campaigns use X stakes a week and some just give a constant amount of bitcoin a week(assuming the post quota is achieved).

Do I need to check each individual's accounts to see if they didn't cheat? And so on
You need to if you want to make the most out of your money. If you don't check on the members of the campaign, then you might be potentially giving out coins/tokens to specific people for nothing.

If you wanted to not have a head ache handling a bounty/signature campaign, then hire a reputable manager to manage it for you. @bitmover has given you the links where you can find a good manager.

No, there's no universal term as far as "stakes". Some topics to help you out:

To be honest, i'm not expert at managing signature campaigns but for me hiring reputable campaign manager will help you manage your campaign so that you can check each participant's account and to know if he/she had additional account in the same campaign.

Without checking each account checked manually, some of the participants might had a multiple account in one campaign and after your project end you'll only be giving reward (tokens/coins) to single person, that's why mjglqw suggested you to hire reputable bounty manager as having reputable manager also have impact (attraction) to bounty hunters and you can check each account manually and this won't happen as mention in this quote below.

It's in two option. You either go through that stress of checking posts per week (depending on your alloted number per week) or simply outsource it to a professional in that aspect.

You can start reading this guide for signature campain starters and participants.

Signature Campaign Guidelines (read this before starting or joining a campaign) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0).

That thread is pinned on the Services.

Do I need to check each individual's accounts to see if they didn't cheat? And so on
That's part of the job as a campaign manager and its your responsibility to check them. Also check those incoming applications maybe there are people who keeps on re-applying and spamming your spreadsheet.

I also suggest that using a Google Form for bounty reports in a Social Media and Article Campaign will give you ease in checking  each accounts report. This will also reduce the numbers of spamming and activity farming in a thread.

I also suggest that requiring an E-mail and proof of authentication when signing up will reduce the case of multiple accounts.

Congratz ! You can actually join a signature campaign because you are eligible with your rank . You must go to altcoins => bounties and choose what project you want and you have to read carefully the rules . Also you can go on republia bank . They have a lot of prizes

Did you even read his post? I bet you didn't and decided to write your generic post based on the title of the thread. OP doesn't want to join a campaign!

So, as you can see OP, cheating is only one of the things you should be worried about. Many people will post for the sake of posting, without having anything to say and annoy other users. Get a large number of spammers to post for you and you will have the opposite effect. People will start to hate your campaign.

Thanks! I guess it takes a lot of work to not give those spammers any rewards.

I think the rewards for newbie and jr.member's signature activities are very bad now, usually requiring 10 POSTS, but only 1 stake, and there is risk of no payment.

Its just being equal for everyone. As for the judgement of the people in this community high- ranked members means that he is trusted and can wear bigger and colorful signature designs, additionally high ranked members can also wear an avatar that makes it easier for people to see.

Actually almost of the campaigns have a risk of no rewards especially if you did not do some homeworks before joining.

Most of the advertising campaigns is a simple scam you have to choose those that are more reliable and solvent. The less required posts, the better because by writing 10,20 or 30 posts a week you risk moderators that spam the forum with unnecessary posts that do not contribute to the topic.

Bounty for non-payment is now very common, because most of the ICO projects behind these bounty are scams, do you think that a scam will pay you?Obviously it is impossible, so how to choose a good bounty is very The essential.
