Hello junapudiraj,

The way Bitcoin works is that coins which have not yet been spent (Unspent Transaction Outputs or UTXO’s) are linked to a specific public key. This public key is in turn linked to the private key of the address.

The private key can be compared to a password and proves ‘ownership’ of certain addresses. Without this private key it is not possible to send any coins from the address since you are unable to prove your ownership of the address. As Bitcoin evangelist Andreas Antonopoulos said: “If you don’t own your private key, you don’t own your bitcoins.”

In this case it is not possible to convert your non spendable BTC to spendable BTC without the private key. We would therefore recommend that you search for a backup of the private key.

If you have any further questions, feel free to send us a DM.

With kind regards,
The Anycoin Direct team

Did you create this wallet, or did someone else (a scammer) do it for you?

THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU HAVEN'T PROVIDED ENOUGH DETAILS AND EXPECT US TO HELP YOU

Start by telling us what wallet software you were using?

Unspendable generally means it's unconfirmed. Unspent means you have the coins.

THE PROBLEM WHEN I AM ENTERING THE BACKBUP PHRASE ITS SHOWING WRONG

What is the nature of this phrase? Is it a hexadecimal string, something beginning with spec or a series of words (generally 12 or 24)

THE PROBLEM WHEN I AM ENTERING THE BACKBUP PHRASE ITS SHOWING WRONG
The only wallet that I know that's getting errors with OLD "Backup Phrase" (not SEED), showing "non-spendable" than "watch-only";
and requesting private keys in every send attempts than not displaying the send button... is:
Blockchain.com's (not a real) wallet.

I'm 70% sure that it's blockchain.info's (not :)) wallet.
Luckily, they have a sublink that enables the users with old recovery backup phrase to restore into a new wallet.
Here it is: https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/forgot-password (https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/forgot-password) (the same link if you forget your password, but it accepts old seeds).

To fully analyze your issue, we'd need more details.

What wallet did you use when creating your seed/phrase ?
What does your seed/phrase consist of (english words, random characters, ..) ?
And what wallet gives you the message of a wrong phrase ?

Please answer these questions. It simplifies it a lot to fix your issue.

I concur with nc50lc, the terms "unspendable" and "backup phrase" just scream blockchain.info web wallet... (which has now probably been ported to blockchain.com).

I would recommend the OP follow the advice to try and use the backup phrase at the blockchain.com web wallet forgotten password recovery link: https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/forgot-password

Then you don't have a valid backup, no backup = no coins.

On the description of your problem is the issue, if you don't have access to the privatekeys then you don't have access to the coins, easy as that. Just imagine what will happen if any one coud spend coins without having access to the privatekeys, lol, any one would be able to spend others coins. And that isn't a good deal at all for the coin. would be like the carding, some one spending money from your card using your name. That's a scam, so, the best thing you can do is to try to recover those privatekeys, find the right way to load your backup, that should be the way.

Really an "innocent" question it is, and the answer is you can never access those coins without private keys.
Try hard may be you can get your lost account recovery phrases, but to track the private keys is simply not possible.

You didn't provide enough info, even though you're having the same problem. Are you using blockchain.info too? How can you change the password but you don't have access to your coins? It doesn't make sense to me. You should to start another topic for your own problem.
Btw, you're paying somebody else to create a BTC wallet for you? I didn't get this, why are you paying her for something you can do for free? Did she also have access to your private key then?

You can't. Bitcoin wouldn't exist if that would be possible.

Most likely scenario: you were scammed. The scammer created your account, and added a watch only address to your account. You can change your password, but the Bitcoins are not yours.

From now on: always create your own account(s), and never trust anybody who offers to do this for you. If you buy Bitcoins, send them to one of the addresses you create by yourself in your own account. Then and only then are you the owner of your Bitcoins.

If someone else created a wallet (most probably blockchain.com (formerly blockchain.info) for you, i agree with LoyceV, you got scammed.

This is a very common scam for quite some time now.

The 2 most often heard scenarios are the following:
1) They create a watch-only wallet for you, where you only can view BTC's sitting on the scammers address.
2) They create a real wallet for you, where you need to send some coins from an exchange to.

In the fist case, you don't have access to any coins at all.
In the second case, the attacker knows the seed which is needed to access the bitcoins (seed != password on a website).

Hello, friends ,
I have a question I had a friend that did bitcoin mining for me but when it was done she transferred them back to me as non- spendable. How do I make them spendable?

Your friend didn't transfer you anything. He just gave you his public address so you could watch his bitcoins.

To really receive it you need to create a wallet (like electrum.org) and click receive: you will find a public address, ask him to transfer you to that address

How stupid of you if you watched this comment and still didn't act as required:

The 2nd comment of this thread has got all the answers you needed. Friend mined BTC for you, so were you so lazy to even create a wallet with addresses of whose private keys would be held by you and ask your friend to direct all your BTC mining earnings to your own address? You guys trust others too much but internet is full of scams, so you better be careful even if you're trusting your local people because it's about money and BTC is volatile money.
