Bitcoin Price Surges From $6,190 to $6,450 in Seconds, What’s Next For BTC?
In seconds, the Bitcoin price has surged from $6,190 to $6,450, by more than 4 percent, after the dominant cryptocurrency remained in the low $6,100 region for more than 24 hours.

The sudden increase in the price of Bitcoin on September 9 was not expected by the majority of analysts and investors in the cryptocurrency market, primarily due to the sheer magnitude of its drop on September 5

Erik Voorhees Comment is Spot on
In previous market recaps, CCN consistently cited the statement of ShapeShift CEO Erik Voorhees, simply because it accurately summarizes the movement of the cryptocurrency market.

On August 25, on CNBC Crypto Trader, Voorhees said:

“I don’t expect it (bear market) to end soon, although I do think that the rate of collapse has slowed considerably. Generally in these bubbles, after you go through several months of a downtrend you hang out in a range for a while… But I think we are done with a majority of the collapse.”

Price can be fluctuating at any time and no one can predict the price correctly. I believe at the end of this year bitcoin price will reach $12000.

Maybe BTC is heading for the upward trend in terms of price. Even a 4% surge is a very tiny one, but every number and percentage matters in this market at this stage.

That's an interesting news. Bitcoin is the most potential coin in the cryptocurrency market and I think it has a great future ahead. Within just a second, the price of Bitcoin rises from $ 6190 to $ 6450. I think price of Bitcoin is getting more stable day by day.

Wow ! That's a great news. The price of Bitcoin has increased from $6190 to $6450 within just one second yesterday. This maybe because of the reason that the price of Bitcoin is being more stable nowadays. I hope the bulls will start trending soon.

BTC will go up and down. There is nothing to get excited about a 4% increase. But yes, this would mean that the coin is going to increase further more in the future.

It is a good sign that the price of BTC is going up. If we remain a bit more patient, we might be seeing the bull run soon at the end of this year. But we need to play our end of the role too, that is by investing in the coins to keep its demand up and steady. Even though 4% is a very short increase, but every little numbers count now.

I think it is now time to for the bull to wake up and run. After so many downtrends, the only way is to go up. I pity those weak hands who sold their coins because of the bloodbathe. Bitcoin and altcoins will soon start to go upward. Let's hope that it will exceed the ATH last year.

Again it's now back to 6,300$, are you happy now? Bitcoin prices are showing fluctuations for quite some time now. Before rising up to 7,500$ recently, it regularly fluctuated between 6,100- 6,400$ level. So, the fluctuation is quite similar now and there's no point in posting whenever a very insignificant amount of price goes up and down.

LOL the news articles are starting to look the same as they repeat the same thing over and over with a different title each time price goes up or down. when it goes 5% up they call it "surge" and then quote some random dude talking about it, then it comes down 5% and they call it "crash" and then quote some other random dude. neither of these dudes might even have said anything in first place :D

what's next? the same thing as always, more stable price where people confuse the fluctuations with surge and crash, possibly some FUD to push it down then eventually rise as it can't stay down forever.

The next thing is stable prices and more adoption! I feel O.P. is a stock trader for he considers 5% as a surge in price. Bitcoin is volatile it can increase and decrease 5% at a single commercial break.

This is a very natural process of bitcoin. It usually varies from 5-6% each day. I don't think this is a matter of concern now. If it goes down above 20% then it will become riskier for all of us. But this is something that usually happens so we don't need to be worried about.

This is an exceptionally common procedure of bitcoin. It normally shifts from 5-6% every day. I don't think this involves concern now. In the event that it goes down over 30% then it will end up more hazardous for every one of us. Be that as it may, this is something that generally happens so we don't should be stressed over.

Its still early to say that we will see any breakout from here. 3-4% upward movement is nothing. This kind of upward and downward movements have been happening in bitcoin since the beginning of the year.

These are small milestones for bitcoins. Bitcoins could show us a immense price ahead if the investors keeps on supporting them. Bitcoins always have some dump before a pump and this situation is been into consideration for now. We already saw a bearish market where all the investors sold their coins in panic. Investors are again getting back and filling their pockets now so we can expect a better future ahead.

Anyway, just open up the charts a little and look back for 7 days and for one month.

What's happening now is good, but as of yet insignificant. We're still in short term dip territory, so buying with intent to sell within the month for a bit of profit is not a bad idea.

It only means that bitcoin break a trend of going bullish for a while. Don't get excited again, we have seen this many times in the past, bitcoin making a break out run, then bots/day trading, dumping as soon as their are clear profits to be made. Another bull trap or bull run? We will soon find it out. Alts is also gaining momentum, which means the whole crypto has somewhat recovered and ease some pressure especially on coins like ETH. Anyways, just keep on monitoring the price, maybe we can go back to $7000 before the end of the month. But just prepare for anything worst than can happen.

No idea, but this might be a good sign for bitcoin bull run. But anything can happen in crypto market. Fluctuation are common with crypto currencies. Hope this trend continues this month hitting the price by $8000 minimum. There is a less possibility for a rocket spike as like last year. But we can expect the price to be around $15k to $16K by end of this year and not like last year. Last year's growth was at moon for a different reason which can not be expected that to happen this year.

Maybe this rise was unexpected for people and wasn't nice for others but today there was a massive rise for ethereum too, it was 20% rise which is a huge despite the fact that ethereum's price was nearly 160$, low on another hand. To my mind btc's price will play between 6000-7000 usd this month, I highly believe it won't fall below 6000 usd.

If we all stay in front of the computer and look at the prices all the time and then post on the website so everyone knows that the price is increasing  $300 in 24 hours, it only shows that we are really desperate where every increase of price every hour becomes something divine. This should not be like this, we need to leave aside that all the time monitoring the prices to post on the news site. This does not get us anywhere just shows that we are desperate.

“I don’t expect it (bear market) to end soon

I agree

but today there was a massive rise for ethereum too, it was 20% rise which is a huge despite the fact that ethereum's price was nearly 160$, low on another hand.

This is quite normal for Bitcoin to fluctuate its price at this level. We have already seen price the price go up to $7k+ and move down to $6k+ in previous ten days. I think BTC is stuck at this price range for sometimes.

Major price increase for Bitcoin may not come quite soon. This type of price movement seems quite natural for Bitcoin. I think this price around $6K will sustain until the decision of BTC ETF by the SEC of US government.

What's next for BTC? Honestly, how big deal it was? Does it really makes sense? Or something we should be celebrated?

Yes might be a good price movement scenario for those who are expecting deeply to that bull run for long time but we must look at the situation wherein it's really making sense to think that a bull run is now happening. Let the price movement moves freely without building a speculation or too much hype just because of that happening. If the price goes up more after that crazy surge and take it to much more level within "a long period of time" then we have now reasons to believed that uptrend is now currently happening.

Bitcoin is a promising cryptocurrency with great potential. It is not a big deal for BTC to make price move like this. This may take a while for bull to come but many people are optimistic about Bitcoin.

"On the other hand they explained that BTC has not fully recovered from the $6,000 support level which it tested three times in the past six months. A proper recovery from the $6,000 region would lead to the initiation of a mid-term rally.

But, the gap between $6,000 and the monthly peak has decreased every time a correction has occurred since February, suggesting that Bitcoin is gradually bottoming out in the $6,000 region."

Bitcoin price fluctuation is the norm for any asset. Let it be a dollar/Euro pair or dawn Jones and a dollar. There is such a thing as a corridor within which the asset moves, so you should not worry and think that all this is a collapse. Bitcoin is moving inside the range of prices 6000-7000

Prices of Bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency are changing as the market's characteristic. Just increase 4 percent and that increase does not necessarily mean big things. Because I think it is a normal picture of this market system.

The price surge to 5% is nothing new in Bitcoin. Imagine how many people have observed such price movement and may have reacted positively and bought more Bitcoins in hopes that the sudden uptrend will continue and will result to instant profits specially now that Asias ghost month is over, there will be more investments coming from that side of the world.

This is not that unexpected especially to this price point.   I consider every point of resistance or ceiling as also having magnetic properties so BTC price being attracted to this level after seemingly doing nothing is quite normal and fits within a repeat of previous action.

Many times before for alot of August and previously we have traded between 6100 and 6500, its a ping pong effect or squash court where we bounce off the walls while the market is sorting between buyers and sellers.    Its more exciting when we leave this range, a rapid movement within it is a calculable risk to many speculators I think

in bitcoin market there is a effect of etf i think. if etf will approved then we will see the change of btc price. and i believe at the end of year the price will go 10k.

To be honest. If the Bitcoin ETF is approve now, we will only see the effect for just a month before people start to dump their coins because the cryptocurrency market usually experience a lot of shorts during this time and every soon people we also sell some of their for the end of the year holiday. Therefore, it will be next year before we can see much bull run or effect of bitcoin ETF that's if it was approve.

It is a very normal scenario. Nothing to be cherished about. It is all cryptocurrencies nature that the price will go to top from bottom in few seconds. So, everything is normal for bitcoin now I suppose.

Yeah to see the price chart of bitcoin it seems normal such difference. There is nothing to wonder about the price growth in seconds. You will also see dip more than this in seconds also. So be patient and wait for more rises in the price in the near future. People cannot bear anymore dips in the price. If this situation continues for some more time, people will convert their money to Altcoin or withdraw their investment.

This is an exceptionally common procedure of bitcoin. It normally shifts from 5-6% every day. I don't think this involves concern now. In the event that it goes down over 30% then it will end up more hazardous for every one of us. Be that as it may, this is something that generally happens so we don't should be stressed over.

If the growth continue like this for some days it will cross $10000 in this month, but the problem is that when the price moves up a little bit suddenly it collapsed and down again. That’s why $6000 is the constant price for bitcoin from the beginning of this year. When the market cap of bitcoin increases and there is no market manipulation the price will automatically go up.

I want to assume that people love getting excited for so many reasons best known to them, maybe because they are really in dire need to see a bull run or because they just want to keep making themselves hopeful and happy. Well, the latter is not bad anyway as long as they tend to be reasonable with it.

I also do not even see how ETF approval should be something to be looking forward to that much, and better to just concentrate on the market as it would behave however it wants to behave when the time comes.

Well, you have to understand that everything takes process and before we can even start seeing the possibilities of $10k, we may have to pass through some strong resistances and be able to trade above them for a while.

Nothing is guaranteed or certain yet in the market with the way things have been for a while now, so I would not be too optimistic or pessimistic at the same time, and I would rather just stick to whatever the trend decides to bring in the long run.
