Title: Luckygames.io auto withdrawed my money to another address
Post by: Zaizoun on September 11, 2018, 09:01:07 PM
I've been scammed by luckygames.io
All started yesterday when I've deposited 0.3 eth and I've gambled with them on the dice game , I raised them up to 0.4 eth and I withdrawed them to my ethereum wallet , it went throught.
Some minutes later , I deposited 0.1 btc and I started playing with them , but it disappeared from my balance ! It was withdrawn to this address : 18o3pESVY6HJMJeEoKo1EwMuUQEsRscWHR wich isn't mine .
I'm using a brand new computer that I bought a few weeks ago , I'm 100% sure I'm not infected otherwise , It would have stolen my ethereum as well

Here is the screenshots of my withdrawal page :

Although the owner of the site has not been online lately but his last post was related to "So if you have the real accusation, we are here to answer" and I believe this is a real accusation that needs answer from them. But since its pending based on what I have seen there, you should contact support as a matter of urgency in other to stop it because I believe there should be some human intervention at the back end in other to approve withdrawal. You need to post in their thread or send him a PM.

I will like to ask whether when you made the first withdrawal, there was some form of approval maybe through code, google authenticator or email approval as that would provide an overview about where compromise is coming from. If that is not available then it either needs to be activated by you or implemented by the site admin.

I tried to contact them by chat / forum but the time I posted a message on the forum (I couldn't on the chat as I needed a greater level) the withdrawal was processed.
2fa function wasn't activated but as I said I don't have any problems with my pc , I'm running a scan actually to recheck

Received this message from Luckygames support :
"Hello. Once there was an unauthorized withdrawal request, you should have contacted out support using contact us form (right top) to prevent the withdrawal. If it would have processed but not confirmed by the network, there was still a chance to double spend that transaction and return funds to you. There was a login to your account from IP 90.23.223.7 at 2018-09-11 20:52:24 UTC. The hacker used only 1 password attempt to login which was successful. We suppose that your password was weak or the hacker might have known your password and that you are going to deposit funds. Unfortunately since the transaction was confirmed by the network, there is no chance to cancel or refund it. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused."

For me it doesn't make sense, I've posted on their forum and on bitcointalk.
If the hacker knew my password , he would have withdrawn the ethereum first..

I repeat the same thing: they do not have a good reputation

If the hacker knew my password , he would have withdrawn the ethereum first..

Truth, but maybe the supposed hacker still did not know the password, and only knew after you have deposited btc.

Regardless of their reputation here, they do have a point about the contact form. You should have contacted them first through support not in the forum. Aside from not being active here in Bitcointalk, I don't think they are going through all the post in their forum as well from time to time.

I tried to contact them by chat / forum but the time I posted a message on the forum (I couldn't on the chat as I needed a greater level) the withdrawal was processed.

You mean the chat with the players? That's the only chat that requires a level.

The live chat support didn't, anyone can chat them there anytime. I'm not using that site, but when you visit it will create an account automatically, so I tried chatting the support and the representative replied within minutes (less than 5mins). If you have contacted them through that, the withdrawal should have been canceled before being confirmed.
