Bitcoin is an independent Cryptocurrency that no other third party takes advantage of transactions from two sides. This is a peer to peer transaction conducted by sellers and buyers only. Cryptocurrency transactions do not need to be identified or verified by the recipient of the funds when the funds are sent, that is what makes many people choose to use bitcoin.

Does the government mix in managing transactions for each user?

The government cannot do this. there is no backdoor in Bitcoin or no way for them to control the network unless they had 51% of the hashrate, which is incredibly unlikely due to the cost of production of ASICs and the limited resources available. The government would have to crack down on their citizens and restrict their freedoms in order to control the network by making mining illegal (think new world order type stuff), and we would have much bigger problems if this were to happen. And if they were to do this the only thing they could do is to not accept certain transactions into a block. They wouldn't be able to do much more than that.

This scenario is so infeasible it's not worth worrying about.

There are still many countries that oppose payment using bitcoin, so it is impossible for the government to interfere in the crypto world. Bitcoin is difficult to control and tracking users is also increasingly difficult, so it is very unlikely that the government will intervene.

When the government issues an official permit for Bitcoin, of course it becomes a policy that will be followed by everyone in the world because it will make it easier for Bitcoin users to do anything related to this digital currency technology. But the fact that there is currently still a country that has not fully legalized Bitcoin there are even countries that prohibit it.

IMHO, the official permission from the government means you can trade and make settlements in BTC without a fear of being traced or caught, as was the case with some countries I heard of, BUT they will make us pay taxes on every transaction or maybe they'll try to impose taxes on your crypto assets you hodl. We are speaking hypothetically, aren't we? So, I just don't see the way the government can mix in managing transactions. I take it it's technically impossible. So, we can relax for now, at least.

Bitcoin's network simply can't be controlled by governments due to its decentralised nature.

If bitcoin is officially recognised by the government, then it is only on a legal sense. For example, they may recognise bitcoin as a currency, which may have potential tax implications. Another term for this process would be legalisation.

However, it does not mean all of a sudden that bitcoin transactions will be able to be controlled and verified by governments after this process of legalisation. Because whatever recognition bitcoin gets from the government is only applicable for the government/taxation agencies, and has no effect on the network itself.

If the government interferes with bitcoin it might provide convenience to bitcoin users, for example government regulations are made to protect bitcoin users from cheating, fraud and others, so that users are protected by the laws in force in the government.

Even if the government approves bitcoin,that doesn't mean that government would get access to all the transactions and that it would be in full control of all transactions.Only thing which it could do is to frame rules to regulate bitcoin exchanges to strictly follow KYC for all customers in order to tax the bitcoin users.

If the government issues official permits for Bitcoin, that will be the main policy they will make. But I feel that it is impossible to happen right now, because there are still countries that prohibit Bitcoin from entering.

Yes Bitcoin is an independent crypto currency that has got mass attention from investors worldwide and has been really successful. Whether or not Governments allow Bitcoin to operate, it will be interesting to see they regulate bitcoin or not. Governments will try to regulate bitcoin since it can be used for both legal as well as illegal payments.

I don't think that the government will meddle with Bitcoin. For one, they don't have the technology and systems to run it. Besides, Bitcoin and other currency are meant to be independent and should not be governed by any entity or body. Can you imagine how messy it could be if the government steps in and include their political agenda? No way man!

The only thing can a government do is to provide a regulations in investing cryptocurrency but not to change or manage the transaction of any users. They can't change the blockchain and therefore they can't take advantage of their power. I think this is also the reason why some countries had not given any supports on bitcoin as a currency.

Then it will become like dreams come true and if it happen every one can easily use bitcoin and also every company and shop will accept bitcoin.

Making Bitcoin legal and mix in managing transaction are both different. Mix in managing transactions means government are taking control over bitcoin network and they are going to manage transaction which is not possible as it is not controlled by anyone. And if that is happening then the value and usage of bitcoin will become worthless and it will destroy the bitcoin main aim.

The governments of many countries in the world have recognized BTC, which has promoted the development of BTC to a certain extent!
Now the development of BTC needs the support of some superpowers like the United States and China to push BTC to a new height!

The advantage is that everyone can see clearly, the government accept Bitcoin is a big step for Bitcoin. There are many Bitcoin holders who have difficulty in their country. The fact that Bitcoin is used publicly is what we dream about.
However, it has its downside, that when it is accepted by the government, Bitcoin must accept the rules from the Government. Maybe some government regulation will make Bitcoin lose its great capabilities.

Bitcoin is decentralized, and the government cannot interfere in this matter. As you rightly said, bitcoin is independent and there is no way government will any window to operate and manipulate things as we see in national currencies. There are still government who per no reason give bitcoin chance to operate in their nation and to me I hope thins changes.

If bitcoin gets a go signal from the government to do business legally, expect the price to rise high as many investors will come in this market to make money. But the government cannot control bitcoin, they can regulate but never to be under their power because this is a worldwide currency.

I doubt that government can mixes the managing transaction in the first place government cannot manipulate or control the value and how bitcoin works. The second one was bitcoin was not connected to any government agency or bitcoin is not handle of any government officials so it means they can't mixes it and as i think bitcoin is stand alone or no one can manipulate the value.

The governments have no reason to meddling cryptocurrency, a part of blockchain technology. It's not scam or bubble.

The probable thing I believe will happen if government grant official permission to Bitcoin is that the price will skyrocket because people will no longer have to worry about regulations but I don't see it happening.

I think then the price of bitcoin will fly to the moon) People will stop being afraid and start investing! And for bitcoin it will not mean anything, because it is separate from the government and its control.

Government wont take any advantages from the transactions or any transfers that may be made after regulations are in place. To be frank, government will not even look after the transactions because it will be highly regulated by the private industries and giant mining firms and much more miscellaneous organisations.

But, government will benefit from one important thing and that is the taxes that will be taken over the crypto to fiat conversions. And yes this will be the medium for government officials to take the opportunity of ruling the crypto space.

If the government legalizes bitcoin, it will increase interest in having bitcoin, bitcoin will be able to become a currency for daily needs, and bitcoin prices will be more stable.

Bitcoin decentralized natures won't sustain any centralized behavioral. Governments only able to regulate Bitcoin only from the outside, not within the network of Bitcoin itself. For an example, heavily stricter regulation will make the governments taxation any Bitcoin usages and others such stuff.

If bitcoin gets official permission to the government im sure their are more charges to be paid, and we can also have the assurance that this will not be a scam.

I think it is difficult if the government interferes with transactions and manages transactions because this is not the same as fiat money that is owned by each country and things that become a privilege of bitcoin will no longer exist, I think it is good if the government accepts bitcoin and regulates it according to state regulations but not with pure P2P transactions

Well, the government always wants to manage everything. If Bitcoin gets official permission from the government, all exchanges will be regulated by the government. If governments will allow bitcoin transactions and they'll legalize it, what will happen to the central and private banks? But if so, they'll surely put a limit or will get a part in every transactions for the benefits of the government. Government has no scope with bitcoin but if government approves bitcoin into a country. Many citizens of it would be glad because the price of bitciin will surely pump. More people will know bitcoin and more of them will patronize it.

In my opinion, this is not good, because if you get official permission from the government, bitcoin will be charged additional fees, such as taxes, and so on. Our balance in the wallet will also be seen and this is not safe, in my opinion bitcoin must be independent, there should be no third party.

Bitcoin investors will increase once the government provide permission. Those who are afraid to invest nor to take a risk  will change their mind and give trust to bitcoin.  Only that, we might pay addtional tax for bitcoin or other charges. We all know any support of the government in crypto will surely increase reliability on it. there will be mass adoption and more easier way for payments as well as added security. besides, if the country has a strong economy then we'll surely see a huge price bump.

With your statement before bitcoin is a decentralized system so that it cannot interfere with parties in every transaction used by each user. They cannot regulate the system that is in bitcoin so that not using the government, transactions using bitcoin will still run. If BTC or any cryptocurrency will be passed on the government, the government will surely giving a law which people will be paying tax base on their crypto assets. Surely government will do that in many cases. First, for the country to be rich. I think the number of bitcoin investors will increase if this happens why? Because people thinks that anything related to government is much safer like banks. Of course there is a chance that they take advantage on it.

I just don't see how a government could be involved in managing bitcoin transactions. I see only 2 things that a government can do and these are tracking and taxation.
The aim of the government is to stay in power for as long as possible and find ways to make money. If they manage to get any control over Bitcoin they will try to tax it and remove anonymity by tracking transactions and identifying users.

We all know that bitcoin is a decentralised crypto currency in almost all the countries and there are few countries where it gets legalised so being decentralised there is no such proper authentic regulating body over the bitcoin who could keep eye over all its activities and specifically the illegal one and this is the reason why most of the countries do not want to legalise it but when bitcoin will get officially legalised by the governments then there will be governments who will keep eye over all the activities of bitcoin and then it will become the currency with no defect and then will declare as the central currency world wide.

For me, I think it is impossible that the government will approve the usage of bitcoin or other cryptocurrency. It is really a miracle if that happens. They don't legalize the use of any of it because of first governments can't control it. They wouldn't trace any transactions that haopen in this. Also, they don't have a power over the users of it so in total it is hard to predict something like that.

For me it will still take time for people to undestand how bitcoin works and how to put their money into coins, after that it will take some time for shops/ internet sides to allow users to pay in coins, after some years maybe crypto will become to be used at the same level as money now.

If the government is allowing Bitcoin and cryptocurrency action then it will help the government to eliminate the criminal use of it. There is no direct way for the government to restrict Bitcoin but giving a legal platform would definitely empower the genuine users to use it in a way that will be beneficial for the entire economy. For me it is a nice decision of the government because it may help the demand of bitcoin to increase. Also the government allow the people in their country to use bitcoin. I think if all of the government support the bitcoin, no family can experience poverty because of bitcoin.

I don’t think bitcoin will get an official permission from the government for so many reasons. One of the reason is that tracking bitcoin users is extremely difficult. Also bitcoin is volatile and cannot be controlled it is also unpredictable for what it is worth.

If the government allows bitcoin, then this will benefit the people who are engaged in this area, which means that in this country it will be possible to pay and conduct transactions using crypto currency.

Hm .. here in Germany the cryptocurrencies absolutely accepted as a payment instrument, but the most people still trust the bank more than Bitcoin :( I think it needs more than only permission from any government to make cryptocurrencies popular.

Obviously, If the government involved in managing the transactions they will put some software or some people on it so they need some money they will use the money from the transaction.

My opinion, It should not happen, but I think it has to be done, but not like that like Government gets involved in every transaction instead government should do something like they can add some tax on transactions or they ask the people to pay the amount of tax so they can be safe without any worries, they cannot be accused of it anytime in future.

I believe that in no case should the government interfere in the activities of the crypto currency because it completely contradicts the idea of the creator and the technology of bitcoins and other coins

it means you will be required to pay tax for the amount of crypto you hold and if you do not comply with it you may be jailed for tax invasion. also when government fully in control, there are possibility that issue of scam and use of the coin for dubious activities will reduce because all transactions will be monitored and can be traced to the owner. this is probably an advantage but I do not think many of crypto owners want this because if this is so then crypto wont be anonymous in the first place

I think the bitcoin transactions of government investors can not control it. The government can not access the transaction because it is anonymous. So, if the government accepts bitcoin, the government can not impose any taxes on bitcoin. ..if bitcoin will be legalized in other countries,,just like in the philippines,,then the government will take over in the process on it..if permissions are made in the government to use bitcoin,,the imposision in taxing Bitcoin will come over..in some other countries..if they will going to treat bitcoin as their mode of payments..many will going to be happy because they will have easier transaction in processing their payments..if that's happen,,the so called digitalized money will now replace fiat currency..

It is impossible to get a official permission to government because of other countries illegalized of using bitcoin and use it as virtual transactions . Governments care about the money of people so that's why they avoided to invest or try it . When the government finally accepts bitcoin then it means that more and more people might start using bitcoins and altcoins as well. Maybe the government will even enforce everyone to use it. That being said, you have to consider what the implications will be once the government starts regulating bitcoins. Who's to say they will not tax every transaction?

I think the government will not do this because it will make it easier for crimes that enter each country without being able to be controlled by the government, maybe if only for the sale and purchase of people in the world it is very easy but not for a state government because it would be dangerous.

That's impossible to happen dude. First reason was Bitcoin is decentralize while the government of each nation was centralize, But the government can adapt the system it has(which is Bitcoin). Not really a x100 pump but atleast wr can see some pump for the price of bitcoins as it will really make a better increment in the amount of investors. if legalization and regulation are regulated, basicly the government cannot interfere with transactions between recipients and senders, they only use third parties such as exchanges to monitor for the benefit of the government, if you do not use third parties such as exchanges then the government cannot intervene anything on you

What a weird question. Bitcoin is designed precisely with not requiring government permission in mind. It's like asking "what if torrents get official permission from the government". What then? It changes nothing, as bitcoin same as bittorrent is deisgned as a decentralized, uncensorable p2p protocol. Furthermore, "official permission from the government" would mean requiring KYC/AML on any step of bitcoin buying, selling, trading or transferring, or using centralized, censorable exchanges that can steal your funds under any pretense (like your money being so-called "tainted" bitcoin, which is absurd).

If that happens the government will controll and impose taxes to all the transactions made via crypto currency market as well as the exchanges. There would be no more anonimity of the transaction and everyone should go in the process of taxes.

I think this is a great thing. The bitcoin market will thrive. Bitcoin prices will rise. Bitcoin will become the indispensable electronic currency of many people. I think that is great news if Bitcoin gets official permission from particular government because it means that the existence of Bitcoin is having a legal sense. It is officially recognized as currency as real fiat. Obviously, it can be used for means of payments such purchasing and selling things in the physical shops.

However, the legalization of Bitcoin will not influence to its value, means that government can not control Bitcoin transaction as manual financial or money services such Banks.

If bitcoin get official permission from the government then you come under that country rulings and you can use it without any fear and you have to pay taxes on the earnings from your trading or holding as per their laws.
