As a 10% drop in price will probably trigger this clause, please explain what the bolded part actually means in practice.

Example: I buy 100 Th/s tomorrow for $5280; the next day the BTC price drops 10%, S9 mining goes into unprofitability for ten days and you terminate the contract.
