Title: Help me!!! Do not trust "Spain cool"
Post by: Nshan0102 on September 13, 2018, 09:21:08 AM
I don't know why but it seems I'm the only hunter from hundreeds who want to get answered!
I've participated in the bounty project Yaahub Exchange, the project manager was
spain cool ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=709871 )
after some weeks I saw that there is written SCAM PROJECT, BE AWARE ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4638889.0 )
I have written to manager to correct it but there wasn't any response from him except that he says " It is a scam project ".
I want to ban his account because we have done our part of work and the project is ready to do his part but because of bounty manager they can't pay us.
I am ready to show proof just need help please help me!!!

Here is the sad part that unfortunately the forum does not moderate scam and stuffs.

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

However, bring the proofs so that any DT can tag the guy.

So he can continue using his account and make something new like this?

It's not my call to fix forum rules and the forum rules are here for reasons. If forum starts moderating scams then when an investigation will go wrong, who will get blamed? The forum. This is a forum not an investigation agency.

Anyway, as I said - DTs are here to take care of scams and etc. If they find anything fishy then some of them come forward and will surely red tag the user. This will at-least aware other users before dealing with the guy.

You have done your part and nothing else you can do. Based on this thread, you have created awareness on the attitude of an individual that you felt cheated.

You can go ahead and leave him a negative trust although that won't make any impact on his account but you would have done your part and also this is a lesson for you and others who have been cheated in this episode to always take their time in choosing bounties to participate and try to contribute to the forum and not about hunting bounties everywhere and spamming the forum with claims of being cheated and that you want to collect your coins (based on your post history).

It actually does some impacts. It gives more exposure for this topic.

Imagine someone wants to deal with that guy, they will go through their trust page then they may spot this negative feedback and the reference will take them here to read  :)

And luckily if this is a DT then s/he will tag this guy! ;D
