Hello my idea
The idea behind this idea would be Bitcointalk.org community support.
I also see this as :
"Social capital community reserve order"
it could work like a lottery and same time as a bitcointalk community financial reserve here.
The money collected from it could finance new and innovative projects.
The community fund holder would take 10% and 3% would go to the reserve

Fund holder would be the person who has resbonsebility to hold funds.
Its just one person or 2 very well respected and honest persons.

for example: all the money is collected 10,000 $ 10% to 15% about going to the reserve and to the holder of the fund.
The remaining $ 9,000 to $ 9,500 goes to support projects and winnings.

for example:
$ 4000 goes to finance new projects.
Like project developements it could be that way that whole community is share holder of the new developed project.
It could be also just as a loan to develope new projects.

the remaining $ 5,000 will be shared between 5 people each will be winner of 1000$ as a lottery winning.

Of course, some part would go to Bitcointalk.org administration too

and when the bull market starts, then this whole amount multiplies.

The best way it would be if we will have 4 different Funds in different coins.

I think: bitcoin and ethereum bitcoin cash and litecoin.
that is, there would be 4 different reserve funds.

I think it would be one good idea and it has good impact for the whole bitcointalk.org community !!

That was a good effort for both of you to get some merits. Convince theymos with this shit idea. Move this to games and rounds instead maybe gamblers will do click the bait.

Don't bother to ask for an explanation, that user is spamming a hell lot of topics with the exact same post... Most likely he/she will never get back to this topic (firstly, it was not his/her intention, and secondly he/she will be banned most probably because of this spam)

And the above post is what he called a useful post... SHM, i am trying to read meaning into it but couldn't, i am beginning to understand more reason why mod implemented the new merit system for the forum, with this system it is obvious that most people won't rank up at all.

Read your post after posting,  failing to quote properly (I do not think that you have done purposely ) might get you banned for plagiarism.
