Title: about BITSTAMP Post by: SOSLOVE868 on March 06, 2014, 03:23:09 PM I have made two wire transfer to their account in Slovenija, almost two weeks, it still no credit in my account with Bitstamp.
I have contact them either by email or support ticket , both of them have no reply for about 2 days. Does anyone facing the same problem like me ? or anyone can tell me what's going wrong with Bitstamp's customer service? I sent funds on the 21st of Feb and they still have not shown up on bitstamp, I have sent many customer support requests only to get a generic message saying transfers can take 2-5 business days, it has been more than that, where is my money.
